    Supply Chain Officer (Solar EPC)

    Role Objective

    The Supply Chain Officer oversees the end-to-end lifecycle of materials for solar EPC projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that critical components—from PV modules to BESS—are procured, cleared through customs, and delivered to project sites across Nigeria on time and within budget.

    Key Responsibilities

    • End-to-End Execution: Lead the procurement of solar equipment (modules, inverters, mounting structures, transformers, and BOS components).
    • Supplier Liaison: Manage sourcing, contract triggers, milestone payments, and production schedules.
    • Quality Assurance: Ensure all materials meet engineering specifications and project timelines.
    • International Freight: Coordinate global shipping and freight forwarding documentation.
    • Nigerian Compliance: Manage the \"Port-to-Site\" process, including PAAR, SONCAP, and direct coordination with the Nigerian Customs Service and clearing agents.
    • Domestic Transport: Oversee inland movement from major ports (Apapa, Tin Can, Onne) to remote or rural project sites.
    • Scheduling: Synchronize procurement lead times with EPC project milestones to prevent site delays.
    • Reporting: Maintain transparent communication with Engineering, Finance, and Project Management teams regarding material status.

    Education & Certifications

    • Degree: Bachelor’s or HND in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Engineering.
    • Professional Extras: CIPS or APICS/CSCP certifications; CILT (Nigeria) membership is highly preferred.

    Accountant

    Objective:

    Responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, managing budgets, reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and Nigerian financial regulations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Prepare financial reports, management accounts, and audit documentation
    • Maintain accounting records, general ledger, and fixed assets register
    • Perform weekly bank reconciliations and manage payables/receivables
    • Manage supplier and staff payments
    • Support budgeting, cash forecasting, and financial analysis
    • Assist with tax filings and statutory compliance
    • Liaise with banks and external financial stakeholders

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
    • 3–5 years’ accounting experience
    • Knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel
    • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
    • Knowledge of Nigerian tax laws is an advantage
    • ICAN certification is an added advantage
