About the Role

We’re hiring a Junior Accountant to support our finance operations in Sagamu. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented and analytical individual with 1–2 years of accounting experience who’s eager to grow their career in a structured and supportive environment.

You’ll assist with daily financial tasks, reconciliations, reporting, and ensure accurate record-keeping in line with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Post and process journal entries and financial transactions.
• Assist with monthly closings and preparation of financial statements.
• Reconcile bank statements and maintain general ledger accuracy.
• Support internal and external audits with relevant documentation.
• Help manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.
• Maintain up-to-date records and organize financial documents.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute brand strategies that drive market share, growth, and consumer affinity.
• Lead product launches, trade activations, in-store visibility, and digital campaigns.
• Monitor consumer trends, conduct market research, and analyze competitive intelligence.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, Production, and Creative teams.
• Manage pricing strategy, product lifecycle, and demand generation initiatives.
• Use performance dashboards, Excel, and CRM tools to track KPIs and optimize execution.
• Partner with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely and consistent brand delivery.
• Contribute to brand repositioning, portfolio management, or channel expansion projects.

What We’re Looking For

• 4–6 years of experience in brand management, trade or consumer marketing.
• Prior work in FMCG, cosmetics, or personal care sectors is essential.
• Strong campaign and go-to-market execution across online and offline channels.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to derive insights from KPIs and dashboards.
• Confident, collaborative, and comfortable leading without direct authority.
• Experience in fast-paced or entrepreneurial environments is a strong plus.

Qualifications
