Job Description

• Study design briefs and determine requirements

• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements

• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas

• Use the appropriate colours and layouts for each graphic

• Work with all divisions of the business for design needs.

• Test graphics across various media

• Amend designs after feedback

• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field.

• Minimum of 2 years experience of being a graphic designer.

• Good analytical skills

• Good design skills

• Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.

Job Description

• Setting design requirements based on information from internal teams and user research

• Working with product managers to analyze how a new product satisfies market needs

• Translating research into feasible ideas and designs that will satisfy consumers.

• Producing prototypes and models to test functionality.

• Modifying and revising existing designs to meet changing customer needs

• Collaborate daily with a multidisciplinary team of Software Engineers, product manager etc

• Build and fine-tune the company’s brand guidelines (fonts, logos, colour palette, typography, voice, tone and other imagery.)

• Work with marketing, tech and customer support teams to resolve technical and/or design issues. 

• Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas. 

• Ensure compliance with company brand guidelines and design standards across all platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree 

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Product Designer.

• A creative eye, good imagination, and vision.

• A firm grasp of market trends and consumer preferences.

• Good technical and IT skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong planning and organizational abilities

• Good problem-solving skills
