    Team Manager

    Overview
     

    We are looking for a Team Manager to build, manage, and develop a team of 15-20 support engineers and ensure the team delivers exceptional customer service. As a key business leader, you will be a point of contact for customers, delivery teams, and senior management from Tek Experts and our clients.

    Responsibilities

    • The Team Manager position is our first line management Team. As a Team Manager, you will spend much of your time collaborating with your team to bring cases to resolution. Some cases will be transferred to a higher tier of support. Support Engineers will work with peers, Tech Leads, Subject Matter Experts, and Technical Advisors from Microsoft.
    • However, you should also be able to work independently, learn the product and make troubleshooting decisions on your own.

    This role will:

    • Manage your team to ensure exceptional customer service across technical service lines.
    • Support the personal development of your team through training and coaching.
    • Act as primary escalation point for team operational issues and customer delivery management.
    • Provide accurate and timely communication to all stakeholders in a customer support issue.
    • Attend regular operational and business review meetings.
    • Monitor KPIs to ensure proper business delivery.
    • Review processes and workflows to diagnose areas of improvement and propose improvement plans where gaps are found.
    • Share updates and reports with management.
    • Own, monitor, coordinate and manage all escalated cases.

    Qualifications

    This role is a good fit for you if:

    • You have experience with technical support, Microsoft Exchange, Outlook, Teams, online/cloud tools, hybrid environments, or mobile operating systems.

    • You’re proficient in both written and oral English.

    In this role:

    • 3 – 5 years in technical support, software support, IT operations, and/or infrastructure support are required, with 1 – 2 years of experience managing teams.
    • Higher-level education in a technical discipline or related certification is preferred.
    • Experience in supporting cloud-based technologies is preferred.
    • Excellent knowledge of technology-based environments and solutions is required.
    • Certification in MS Azure, MCSE, CCNP, Linux, or one of the core team technologies is preferred.

    Accountant

You will be responsible for supporting accounting functions, preparing accurate and timely financial reports and statements, ensuring implementation of accounting control procedures, and accounts reconciliation (bank statement, accounts payable, and accounts receivable).

    Responsibilities

    This role will:

    • Ensure financial statements comply with regulatory authorities.
    • Ensure all accounting entries are created and entered in the system on a timely basis.
    • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and maintaining internal financial controls.
    • Review and process expense reports. - Maintain and verify vendor files and payments.
    • Oversee payroll functions including worked hours, overtime, holidays, etc.
    • Reconcile accounts for monthly closing.
    • Participate in annual audit.
    • Protect the integrity of financial data.
    • Maintain a positive working relationship with employees, departments, suppliers, and government entities.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
    • Minimum 2 years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience is a must.
    • Professional fluency in both written and oral English - 3 - 4 years of accounting experience is preferred.
    • Good working knowledge of payroll systems.
    • Familiarity with MS Office tools.
    • Detail-focused and organized.
    • Excellent problem analysis and solving skills.
    • Ability to spot trends and insights from data analysis.

    Responsibilities

    • Fully execute the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, phone interviewing, job interviewing, regular communication with candidates and recruitment leadership.
    • Actively search resumes on various recruitment channels to get sufficient and qualified CVs for recruitment requirements.
    • Screen CVs and shortlist candidates for further processing.
    • Build applicant sources and data by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, other recruiters, media and internet sites.
    • Manage the posting of job vacancies at top performing recruitment channels.

    Qualifications

    • At least 2-3 year of proven experience in recruitment as an in-house recruiters, headhunter or within a recruitment agency, preferably in a technology services environment.
    • An active, hardworking, enthusiastic nature and a willingness to work overtime.
    • Natural networking ability and a love of meeting new people.
    • Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
    • Experience working with an ATS preferred.
