    Secretary to the MD

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Maintain executive’s agenda and assisted in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences, etc.
    • Attend meetings and keep minutes
    • Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate.
    • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.).
    • Make travel arrangements for executives.
    • Handle confidential documents, ensuring they remain secure.
    • Prepare invoices or financial statements and provide assistance in bookkeeping.
    • Monitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders.
    • Maintain electronic and paper records, ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.
    • Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned.

    Requirements and Skills

    • Degree in Business Administration or relative field.
    • 1 - 2 years work experience.
    • Proven experience as executive secretary or similar administrative role.
    • Proficient in MS Office and “back-office” software (e.g. ERP).
    • In-depth knowledge of office management and basic accounting procedures as well as technical vocabulary of relevant industry.
    • Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
    • Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
    • Integrity and confidentiality.
    • Neat and well composed.
    • Should reside at Lekki and environs.

    Salary
    N60,000 - N70,000 monthly

    Dispatch Rider

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Receives emergency and non-emergency calls and records significant information.
    • Address problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutions.
    • Recieve and dispatch orders for products or deliveries.
    • Prioritize calls according to urgency and importance.
    • Monitor the route and statue of field units to coordinate and prioritize their schedule.
    • Provide field units with information about orders,traffic,obstacles, and requirements.
    • Delivers items to customers by verifying orders; inventorying stock; arranging transportation.
    • Responsible for outdoor and indoor delivery, sending & collecting official documents, materials, packages , bulky items, etc,
    • Keeps customers informed by forwarding notice of item availability, shipment date and method, and current status; answering questions.
    • Responsible for contacting customers to verify delivery address.
    • Responsible for picking up items and delivering them safely to customers on time.
    • Responsible for collecting monies for bought items upon delivery to the customer.

    Requirements / Skills / Qualifications

    • A minimum of Secondary School Leaving Certificate and OND maximum.
    • 1 - 2 years work experience.
    • Proven experience as a dispatch rider or relevant position.
    • Familiarity with relevant routes.
    • Must enjoy motorcycling and be a skilled rider.
    • Ability to communicate, read, and write.
    • Ability to use the Google map very well.
    • Honest and Energetic.
    • Organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Ability to work under pressure
    • Have good numeracy skills for delivery and expenses records.
    • Polite and able to get along with people.

    Salary
    N60,000 monthly

    Marketing Officer

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Present, promote, and sell products using solid agreements to existing and prospective customers.
    • Address customer’s needs and concerns efficiently and effectively to turn unhappy customers into return guests.
    • Perform cost benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customer to meet their needs.
    • Coordinates sales efforts with team members to achieve better results.
    • Creat frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
    • Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
    • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions and conferences.
    • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints and objections from customers.
    • Build rapport and establish good relationships with customers to ensure customer retention.
    • Promote and up-sell products to maximize sales opportunities where necessary.
    • Achieve agreed upon sales target and outcomes within schedules.
    • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
    • Provide constructive feedback on sales, effectiveness of promotions, customers, product, and service, launches as well as store activities and trends.
    • Deliver product knowledge to customers through effective communication to increase consumer understanding and product sales.
    • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess an HND / OND qualification.
    • 1 - 2 years work experience.
    • A team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role.
    • Proficiency in English.
    • Excellent knowledge of Ms-word,Excel,PowerPoint, and data entry.
    • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
    • Proactive, self-motivated, keen to learn with a result-driving approach.
    • Faster learner and passion for sales.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentation.
    • Should reside at Surulere and environs.
    • Ability to drive car.
