Job Description

• Opportunity exists for highly skilled and result driven Process Costing Controller - Brewing in our Ilesa Plant reporting to the Brewing Manager.
• The successful incumbent will capture and monitor all beer loss, extra measures and indicators for the plant from raw materials receiving to beer in the warehouse.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
Amongst other duties, the job holder will;

• Provide administrative services to the brewing department
• Capture production performance data.
• Prepare production reports
• Secretarial services provided

Work in teams

• Communicate effectively in the workplace
• Contribute to self and team development

Reports:

• Data capturing
• Departmental Management Reports
• Production Reports
• Data analysis /display
• Corrective action plan
• General Admin
• Scheduling meetings
• Prepare minutes
• Management and Process data capturing

Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate should possess:

• Minimum of HND/B.Sc in Sciences, Social sciences or related field
• Experience: 1 - 2 years working in Brewing or Packaging process role will be added advantage

Job Description

• Opportunity exists for highly skilled and result driven Brewing Team Leader in our Ilesa Plant located in Osun State, Nigeria reporting to the Brewing Manager.
• The successful incumbent will lead a brewing operational team in order to meet production performance targets.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Maintain Safe, Healthy and Risk Free Working Environment on Shift
• Apply Fundamental/Situational Knowledge of Brewing Plant, Equipment and Processes
• Manage Shift Performance and Lead Application of The VPO Principles and Practices
• Optimize production performance and processes
• Optimize team performance
• Perform Administrative duties
• Manage Costs, Usages and Waste on Shift
• Facilitate team problem solving and decision making
• Manage Human Resources on Shift

Qualifications and Experience

• B.Sc./HND in Food Science, Chemical, Biological Sciences and Technology or equivalent discipline
• 2-3 years experience as a Process Artisan/Operator in Brewing plant
• Experience as line management and IBD Diploma will be added advantage
