    Commercial Manager (FMCG)

     Job Summary
    The primary responsibility of the Commercial Manager, FMCG (DIARY & FOOD) & Alcohol is to ensure effective demand and supply of Diary, Food FMCG & Alcohol products across from the different regions in Nigeria and support corporate sales and the provision of financial services to FMCG businesses in Nigeria.
    Job Description

    Supply and Fulfillment

    • The Commercial Manager, FMCG (Diary, Food, Alcohol & Beverage) will work to ensure supply of Diary and Food products for Sabi
    • Keep a record of suppliers and maintain price lists for each supplier
    • Recommend service and product expansion to improve sales and customer satisfaction in the category
    • Keep current with economic indicators, changing trends, supply, demand and competitors
    • Develop and implement new programs, demand and supply initiatives and strategies to support sales

    Leadership

    Be responsible for NMV, Revenue and Margin contributions of the FMCG (Diary, Food, Alcohol & Beverage) category to Sabi
    Provide guidance, direction and support for commercial associates, key account managers, agents and sales staff to develop and meet their targets.

    Performance Management and Reporting

    • Ownership of performance management for Diary,Food, Alcohol & Beverage products, suppliers and customers
    • Drive performance on the key performance indicators including supply, availability gaps, price achievement and profitability; and work proactively across the business to implement preventive and corrective actions.
    • Deliver the NMV, revenue and margin target
    • Proactively provide visibility around supply, pipelines, strategic partnerships and targets through scheduled reports, stand up meetings etc

    Relationship Management

    • Build and maintain strategic relationships with vendors and customers
    • Maintain effective relationships with support functions within the Sabi business to ensure synergy

    Commercial Support

    • Provide strategic sourcing support to Commercial Managers, Commercial Associates and Key AccountManagers across the business
    • Keep current with economic indicators, changing trends, supply and demand and competitors to maintain sales volume and product mix

    Job Experience

    • 5-9 years' experience in supply (procurement to sales) in any related industry - FMCG, Ecommerce and distributions.
    • Strategic relationships with key manufacturers and distributors.
    • BSc or HND in any field
    • Proactive and committed person
    • Persuasive and resilient
    • Energetic and able to work independently
    • Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
    • Exhibit a high level of autonomy, initiative, collaboration, creativity, tenacity, resilience, and diplomacy.
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make recommendations by using data and judgment that is consistent with company culture as well as standards, practices, policies, procedures or governing law.

    Database Administrator

     Job Summary
    We are seeking to hire a technically skilled database administrator that is capable of holding positions of great responsibility.     Job Description

    Job Experience

We’re looking for someone that has core experience in leading the build of mobile first products with a genuine outlook on customer experience. The role also requires strategy into Product Marketing initiatives that will drive engagement and retention across offline and online channels.

    • Ensure that there is a consistent and reportable routine for gathering insights from key sources (e.g., market, customers, competitors, product analytics) to derive and propose valuable initiatives.

    Job Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Economics, Marketing)
    • Minimum of 5 years end-to-end product management experience.
    • Understanding of our back-end and front-end tech stacks
    • Practical use of agile development methodologies.
    • Proven experience managing mobile applications.
    • Experience with reporting and analytics tools (e.g., MixPanel, PowerBI).
    • Experience with product management and design tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, UXPin, Figma)
    • Standard industry certifications are advantageous (e.g., SAFe Agile Product Owner, CSPO, PSPO, PMP, CBAP, etc) will be an added advantage
