    Factory Admin Lead (Abeokuta)

    The Factory Admin Lead will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of the factory, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, managing administrative staff, and supporting the smooth functioning of all factory operations.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    Administrative Management:

    • Oversee daily administrative operations of the factory.
    • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
    • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless administrative support.
    • Maintain accurate records of factory activities and employee data.

    Staff Coordination:

    • Supervise and provide guidance to administrative staff.
    • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

    Operational Support:

    • Assist the Factory Manager in planning and executing production schedules.
    • Monitor and report on factory performance metrics.
    • Facilitate communication between management and factory staff.

    Health and Safety:

    • Implement and maintain health and safety policies.
    • Conduct regular safety audits and inspections.
    • Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.

    Financial Oversight:

    Customer and Vendor Relations:

    • Manage relationships with suppliers and service providers.

    Educational Qualifications, Experience & Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a lead in an administrative role within a manufacturing or food processing environment.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and administrative software.
    • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
    • Financial acumen and experience with budget management.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Leadership skills with a proactive and problem-solving approach.

    Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager

    Job Summary:

    The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial planning processes, driving business performance analysis, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making across the organization. This role will work closely with senior leadership and various business units to ensure that financial goals are aligned with business objectives and will lead the preparation of forecasts, budgets, and long-term financial plans.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Financial Planning & Forecasting:

    • Lead the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
    • Develop financial models to support decision-making and forecast future performance across key business units.
    • Provide variance analysis, highlighting key drivers of performance vs. budget/forecast, and work with senior management to address performance gaps.

    Business Performance Analysis:

    • Analyse financial and operational data to provide insights into profitability, cost management, and financial trends.
    • Conduct detailed financial analysis and modeling to support strategic business initiatives.
    • Collaborate with department heads to monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and business performance metrics.

    Strategic Financial Support:

    • Act as a financial business partner to the Finance department head, offering insights and recommendations for improving financial performance and achieving business goals.
    • Assist in evaluating new business opportunities, capital investments, and cost-saving initiatives.
    • Provide ad-hoc financial analysis to assist in strategic planning and decision-making.

    Reporting & Presentation:

    • Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to senior management, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities.
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
    • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of financial results to stakeholders, providing clear insights and actionable recommendations.

    Process Improvement & Best Practices:

    • Continuously seek opportunities to streamline financial planning, reporting, and forecasting processes.
    • Implement best practices in FP&A to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with overall business strategy.
    • Drive improvements in financial systems, tools, and data management to support better decision-making and reporting.

    Educational Qualifications, Experience & Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. MBA, ACA or ACCA is a plus.
    • 4+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, finance, or accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role.
    • Strong background in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
    • Experience working with senior leadership teams and cross-functional departments.
    • Knowledge of FMCG industry trends and financial best practices.
    • Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel (advanced level), and financial systems (e.g., SAP, ODOO, Hyperion, Adaptive Insights).
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
    • High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Leadership experience, with the ability to guide, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
    • Experience in the Food manufacturing industry is highly desirable.
    • Familiarity with financial planning and analysis tools (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan).
