    Beauty Sales Reps

    Location:                                Lagos (Ikeja, Festac, V/I, Lekki and Ajah)

    Overview

    We seek to engage the services of seasoned beauty sales representatives in Ikeja, Festac, V/I, Lekki and Ajah to join us in creating something special, unique, and relevant.

    Key Responsibility Areas

    • Client Consultation
    • Sales Channel Development.
    • Customer Service

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales in the Personal Care Industry
    • Self-starter with the ability to work independently
    • Excellent communication, relationship, negotiation, analytical and organization skills in order to create & develop new sustainable business
    • Ability to relate effectively to people at all levels in the customer & internal organization and balanced sensitivity to customer concerns and business needs
    • Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.
    • Good Knowledge of cosmetic industry.

    Field Sales Manager

    Location:                                Ikorodu, Lagos

    Overview

    Our client is an established local sales & distribution company with broad range of internationally recognized consumer related products.

    Through a stable and continued growth, they seek to engage the services of a seasoned Field Sales Manager to help establish and grow new distribution channels.

    Position Description

    The job holder will be responsible for achieving sales targets within the designated sales area /territory.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Grow revenue in assigned territory
    • Grow distribution width in the designated sales area
    • Grow distribution depth within their allocated territory
    • Manage a team of Van Sales representatives and open market sales canvassers.

    Requirements

    • A minimum of 5 years commercial experience in leading a Sales & Distribution function for a brand or range of products
    • Must have current experience in leading a sales function across consumer related products
    • Excellent experience in building relationships with new customers and enhancing existing relationships to maximize sales & margin returns
    • Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.
    • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics.
    • Candidate should reside within Ikorodu environs.
