    Sales Supervisor

    (Gas Plant / Lekki Lagos)

    Our Client owns a gas plant in Lekki environment and looking to hire a sale supervisor

    JD

    • Pump gasoline into customer gas cylinder based on their selection and the amount of gas they request.
    • Collect cash payments from customers and make changes, or charge purchases to customers' credit cards and provide customers with receipts.
    • Provide professional customer service and keep the ability to speak effectively to customers and co-workers.
    • Receive and dispatch gasoline via pipelines and trucks.
    • Dispense correct quantity and quality of gasoline.
    • Operate POS cash register to manage cash, credit, and debit card transactions for sold items.
    • Responded to customer complaints and resolved their grievances.
    • Cleans gas spills using a neutralizing agent and/or absorbing cloth; disposes of material properly.
    • Prepare a daily report of gas sales and levels.
    • Any other duties assigned

    Requirements

    • Minimum of OND in any relevant field.
    • 1-3years working experience as a gas attendant or similar roles.
    • Excellent communication and written skills
    • Ability to multitask
    • Attention to details
    • Excellent customer service delivery skill
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Candidates must be resident in Osapa London / Jakande Lekki

    Accountant And Admin Supervisor

    Our client is in the Luxury and scents industry, The scope of this role covers the financial and admin management of the operations of the organization which includes: reporting, forecasting, budgeting;and general account and admin management

    JD

    • Supervise, maintain and compile financial reports and statements in compliance with financial regulations and requirements
    • Analyze balance sheets
    • Manage general ledger accounts
    • Update financial statements
    • Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable
    • Pay and manage monthly payroll
    • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports
    • Liaise with external Accountants, Auditors, and Tax Consultants to ensure that company financial records and reports are up to date and follow government regulations
    • Manage the administrative activities of the business
    • Ensuring that stock records are effectively managed and maintained
    • To maintain basic financial records for the entire company i.e. keeping P&L records, tax records, preparing invoices, etc
    • To work alongside the Centre Director to order supplies and equipment
    • Maintain service contracts on office equipment
    • Support the Centre Director to supervise daily support operations of administrative staff i.e. office asststants, drivers, etc, of the business and plan the most efficient administrative procedures

    • Innate drive to succeed and take initiative
    • Excellent organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities
    • Strong project management and organizational talent and ability to work under pressure and in new environments

    Administrative Assistant

    Location: Isolo, Lagos

    Responsibilities

    • Maintaining files and dealing with other administrative support tasks
    • Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new ones as necessitated
    • Project related field work and logistic support for the organization
    • Fleet maintenance of official car
    • Answering phone calls and taking messages

    Requirements

    • OND in relevant field

    • Preferably male for gender balance
    • Must live within Ajao Estate, Isolo, Oshodi and it's environs
    • Relevant experience in an office environment, preferably in an administrative position
    • Flexibility.
