    Sales Team Lead

    Job Summary:

    Our Client, an Information and Technology Company is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Team Lead to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets.

     As a Sales Team Lead, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth, mentoring team members, and ensuring the team consistently delivers excellent customer service.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
    • Monitor and analyze team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching.
    • Assist in developing sales strategies and action plans to drive business growth.
    • Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, share updates, and align on goals.

    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
    • Ability to analyze sales metrics and make data-driven decisions.
    • Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
    • Target-driven with a passion for sales and customer success.

    Job Summary:

    Our client, a reputable PR and Strategic Communications agency company in Lagos is looking to hire a PR Content Associate to craft engaging, keyword-driven content that promotes their products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content strategy, corporate communications, and digital media, with the ability to deliver high-quality content across various platforms.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Developing, implementing, and managing campaigns that promote the Clients products and services.

    Requirements:

    • Excellent written and oral communication skills

    • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in content writing in corporate communications or any related field
