    Secretary

    Job Description

    • Oversee the administration of the office, and its operations and ensure smooth day-to-day running.
    • Take care of front desk duties
    • Maintain an efficient and well-organized filing system for easy storage and retrieval
    • Screen documents, book meeting rooms, set up conference calls, and take messages
    • Maintain general company record systems to uphold accurate files
    • Schedule appointments, travel documents, and organize meetings
    • Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
    • Create and proofread documents and draft emails
    • Copy, print, and distribute documents
    • Manage official correspondence via emails, letters, and phone calls, and direct to the appropriate desk.
    • Maintenance of office facilities and replacement of office supplies.
    • Fill the gap for any other secretarial function as may arise.

    Criteria & Required Qualifications

    • B.Sc in Secretarial studies or related field
    • Completion of NYSC
    • 3 - 5 years work experience.
    • Proven work experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant
    • Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
    • High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Integrity and professionalism
    • Computer literacy (MS Office applications, Google Workspace etc)
    • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
    • Strong phone, email, and in-person communication skills
    • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
    • Team player
    • Proximity to office will be considered.

    Admin / HR Officer

    Job Description

    • Oversee the general administration of the office and ensure a smooth operation.
    • Supervise the management of all official correspondences
    • Supervise facility management and supplies
    • Manage all matters pertaining to human resources and employee relations
    • Follow the proper record filing system for the team, including their CVs, guarantor’s forms, engagement details, etc.
    • Prepare payroll and pay slip vouchers
    • Ensure that the work environment is safe and conducive for all team members.
    • Oversee the welfare of the entire team and suggest ideas to the Management on welfare, team building, and bonding.
    • Creation and circulation of relevant employee policy documents like handbook, code of conduct, etc.
    • Fill the gap for any HR function as may arise
    • Fill the gap for any other administrative function as may arise.

    Criteria & Required Qualifications

    • B.Sc in Business Administration or related field (relevant work experience can supplement for this)
    • Completion of NYSC
    • 3 - 5 years work experience.
    • Proven work experience as an Admin/HR officer
    • Experience with relevant HR software
    • Computer and digital literacy (MS Office Applications, Google Services, other relevant tools, etc.)
    • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
    • Strong phone, email, and in-person communication skills
    • Excellent multi-tasking skills
    • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
    • Team player
    • Proximity to the office location.
