    • Technical Standards: Adhere to OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) specifications and internal asset reliability frameworks for all mechanical interventions.
    • Continuous Improvement: Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring equipment failures to improve fleet reliability and reduce "mean time between failures" (MTBF).
    • Work Management: Document all maintenance activities, parts used, and labor hours accurately in the work management system or logbooks.
    • Defect Elimination: Proactively identify and report emerging defects during routine inspections to prevent catastrophic failures.
    • Safety Promotion: Visibly promote a positive safety culture, ensuring all "Lock-out Tag- out" (LOTO) procedures are followed and that work areas remain hazard-free.
    • Mentorship: Provide on-the-job coaching to junior technicians and apprentices to build operational competence within the mobile maintenance team.

    What We Are Looking For

    • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in HME maintenance within a mining, quarry, or heavy construction industry.
