    Business Development Manager — TK Elevators and Escalators

    • We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales and expand our market presence for TK Elevators and Escalators.
    • The ideal candidate will have a Strong background in technical B2B sales, a deep understanding Of mechanical or electro-mechanical systems, and a demonstrated ability to build client relationships and exceed sales targets.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate leads and expand the customer base for TK Elevators and Escalators.
    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
    • promote TK Elevator solutions to developers, contractors, consultants, and facility managers.
    • Generate reports as required and maintain " actual vs. budget" sales performance data.

    Requirements:

    • B.Eng./HND electrical/mechanical engineering is a must. 4-7 years Of proven experience in technical sales — preferably in elevators, escalators, industrial systems, or similar sectors.
    • Familiarity with industrial or building systems (e.g., air compressors, HVAC, or lift systems) is a strong advantage.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

    Sales Representative (Solar Wholesales)

    • We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to drive sales and expand our market presence for our brand.
    • The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the solar inverters, batteries, or related energy systems, a proven ability to establish dealerships, and experience driving B2B sales.
    • This role is key to expanding our market presence and building strategic distribution and partner networks.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute a growth-focused sales strategy for solar inverters and batteries in the wholesale and 32B space.
    • Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, and channel partners across key regions.
    • Build and manage relationships with EPCs, solar installers, commercial clients, and institutional buyers.

    Requirements:

    • B.Eng./HND engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
    • 3-5 years Of experience in technical or industrial sales, preferably in the solar, electrical, or energy storage sectors.
    • Strong knowledge of solar inverters, lithium batteries, and off- grid or hybrid power systems.
    • Demonstrated ability to develop dealership networks and B2B partnerships.

    Senior Sales Executive (Power Generation)

    • We are looking for an experienced and business-oriented Sales professional who will deploy strategies to obtain sales leads and develop relationships with key accounts to maximize revenue and client retention.
    • Act as a consultant by developing account strategies that provide opportunities to drive revenue.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Present, promote and sell company products and services to existing and prospective customers (generators, UPS, Switchgears and Inverter Batteries).
    • Seek out new sales prospects through efficient B2B and B2C strategies.
    • Assist with client retention business development, conduct research, process quotations and tenders, receive payments and organise delivery documents of the finished product, process orders through company's internal system

    Requirements:

    • Bachelors degree in business admin, Electrical/mechanical engineering or related courses
    • 4-10 years experience in sales of industrial products
    • Preferred candidate must possess strong B2B sales experience.
