    Accountant

    Accountant

    Invent Alliance Limited is a company specialized in creation of multi-sector and multi-discipline business platforms with specialist partnerships; due to expansion, we are currently recruiting for the role of an Accountant. 

    Summary

    The Accountant will be primarily responsible for the day to day financial transactions of the company’s Strategic Business Units (SBUs).

    Responsibilities

    •  Inventory/accounts reconciliation etc.
    • Manage accounts receivables and payables.
    • Follow up with debtors for payment, reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing disputes through physical visits, phone calls, e-mails etc. Participate in periodic stock-taking
    • Manage financial book keeping of the company.
    • Day to day processing of invoices, recording of payment and tracking of expenses.
    • Ensure financial statements (management accounts) are prepared, organized and maintained at all times.
    • Present all financial findings to management, i.e. prepare written reports and attend face-to-face meetings for review.
    • Develop, implement, modify and document record keeping and accounting systems, making use of ERP software
    • Manage all accounting transactions; examining all expenses submitted by employees, examining bank statements and reconciling them with general ledger entries
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Education and Qualification

    • Minimum of HND/B.Sc degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or a related field
    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Finance or Accounting Officer.
    • ATS/ACA will be an added advantage

    Requirements

    • Solid knowledge of IT analytics tools
    • Strong computer skills, numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with strong spreadsheets skills (MS Excel etc)
    • Attention to details
    • Investigative and analytical skills
    • High level of integrity is required
    • Must reside within Ajah and or its environs

    Real Estate Marketer

    REAL ESTATE MARKETER

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Promote sales of properties through advertisements, and participation in multiple listing services.
    • Must be able to Present purchase offers to sellers for consideration.
    • Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers.
    • Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, generally representing one or the other.
    • Inspect condition of premises, and arrange for necessary maintenance or notify owners of maintenance needs.
    • Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property.
    • Arrange meetings between buyers and sellers when details of transactions need to be negotiated.
    • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.
    • Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
    • Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.
    • Generate lists of properties that are compatible with buyers' needs and financial resources.
    • Review plans for new construction with clients, enumerating and recommending available options and features.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Degree in any field with at least 1 year of work experience.
    • Previous work in marketing for real estate, architecture, design or construction industries preferred is an added advantage.
    • Solution-oriented with ability to build relationships across a cross-disciplinary team comprised of diverse personalities, skill sets, and levels of experience
    • Demonstrable grasp of the Real Estate Development and Property Management
    • Flexible, enthusiastic, and self-directed
    • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
    • Strong communication capabilities, written and verbal.

    Business Development Officer Warehouse/Logistic

    BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER (WAREHOUSE)

    • Establishing strong relationship with existing and prospective customers.
    • Constantly analyzing the market and trends to find new growth opportunities.
    • Creating new sales and bringing new key accounts in order to gain market share.
    • Define long-term organizational strategic goals, build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals and maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
    • Identifying business and products gap and consequently introducing solutions and measures to breach those gaps.
    • Manage customers by overcoming resistance, building trust and with regular follow up to close more sales.
    • Maintaining the current and developing sales with existing customers. Contributing to and preparing the business plan and executing them properly towards the economical and financial progress of the company.
    • Establishing a structure/team that will support the expected growth rate of the business. Work with company’s internal team, marketing staff, and other managers in order to increase sales opportunities and to maximize the revenue of the company.
    • Work for the improvement of the company’s market position and achieve financial growth of the company.
    • Education and Qualification Minimum of HND/B.Sc in any discipline. Minimum of 1 year experience in business development of a warehouse or logistics business.

    Skills: Good business acumen.

    • Good customer relationship and project management skills.
