The Role: 

Flutterwave is looking for a Global Expansion & Payment Partnerships Manager in Lagos, Nigeria who will initiate and manage projects and work with stakeholders across the organization to enable new payment types on Flutterwave Infrastructure.

You will also analyse data to determine optimal transaction routing strategy across service lines, including implementing add-on services that can improve the product, customer experience, or revenue, act as the frontline for partner issues and subsequent resolution, and build and maintain relationships with all relevant Flutterwave partners.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Develop full-scale project plans and collaborate with Stakeholders (i.e., Engineering Team, Treasury team, Product Team) to track performance and progress as well as associated communication documents using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
• Apply appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Effectively communicate project expectations to stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
• Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
• Develop effective strategies to remedy variances from project plans, and minimize impacts.
• Manage transitions between project stages and ensure that changes are consistent with organizational goals.
• Determine criteria and metrics and use data to evaluate partner service delivery in order to determine optimal transaction routing strategy.
• Build and manage relationships with partners beyond project implementations.
• Ensure appropriate meetings with partners to support integrations.
• Periodic monitoring and reporting of partner’s transactional activities.
• Any other duties assigned.

Required competency and skillset to be a waver:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Minimum of 6 years of working experience in project management and process optimization
• Project Management Certification

Job Summary

As a Compliance & Risk Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our organization's commitment to regulatory compliance and upholding industry standards through the development and implementation of software solutions. Your technical expertise and attention to detail will be instrumental in ensuring efficient compliance and risk management processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Software Development: Work closely with the software development team to design, code, and test compliance and risk management software modules.
• Software Maintenance: Assist in maintaining and enhancing existing compliance and risk software tools, addressing any software-related compliance challenges.
• Collaboration: Engage in cross-functional collaboration with compliance officers, risk analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of compliance and risk management processes within software solutions.
• Training and Support: Provide support and training to end-users on the proper use of compliance and risk management software tools.
• Compliance Monitoring: Assist in monitoring and evaluating the organization's adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Compliance Assessments: Collaborate with compliance professionals to conduct compliance risk assessments and identify potential areas of improvement.

Competency/Skill Requirement
