    Production Manager

    Job Deascription

    • Immediate response for process upset conditions, front line trouble shooting and site support in the safe and efficient delivery of production targets
    • Perform Process calculations & suggest plant adjustments in relation with previous activity mentioned
    • Interface with site for daily production morning calls, taking resulting actions.
    • Monitor and optimise process operating parameters via DeltaV DCS and PI Process Book to ensure all possible improvements are identified and actioned.
    • Update Site procedures for RSES validation
    • Identify problem areas and bottlenecks within the existing system, trouble shoot solutions for improvement.
    • Initiate Site Modification request for the plant to ensure safety and production optimization.
    • Follow-up as well as keep record on SCE and other safety valve test
    • Review leak testing programmes for shutdown campaign work.

    Requirements

    • Qualified to Degree level in Engineering / Technology with minimum 10 years industry experience in engineering or production/well performance operations.

    Drilling and Production Subject Matter Expert

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Provide technical guidance to field personnel within the Service group.

    Well Engineering Subject Matter Expert

    Job Description

    • To act as the Well Operations champion to guide and provide expert support to the onshore and offshore Well Operations teams in the design and execution of complex trajectory well interventions and advanced carbonate reservoir stimulations.
    • Responsible to monitor, evaluate and design Well Operations activities including reservoir surveillance, production testing, well integrity diagnostics, preventative maintenance, reservoir stimulation, scale removal, water and gas shut off and numerous other key activities required during the life cycle of a well.
    • To work closely with all engineers within the Well Operations group to provide expert operational and technical support to the field or wells assigned, including rig based activity when required.
    • Provides HSE leadership in all aspects of Well Servicing, Interventions and Operations
    • Provides expert technical advice to the Well Delivery Process (WDP) for the planning and design of new Extended Reach wells drilled from both artificial islands and offshore wellhead platforms, ensuring full consideration is given to future well access, reservoir management and well integrity requirements during the life cycle of a well.
    • Performs periodic site visits to ensure operations are being carried out in accordance with Company Policies and Procedures and in line with industry Best Practices.
    • Performs independent planning and prioritization of WO team's activities in co-ordination with reservoir, drilling and sites teams, ensuring that the wells optimum integrity conditions and their availability for production /injection are primary focus.
    • Responsible to maintain line manager updated on work schedule and progress.
    • Drives continuous improvement within the Well Operations Engineering Team through interrogation of After Action
    • Reviews, capturing Lessons Learned and disseminating across the WO teams.
    • Identifies gaps and opportunities to reduce costs and increase efficiency
    • Performs all Well Operations Engineering activities in alignment with the Well Delivery Process (WDP).
    • Performs the role of Subject Matter Expert (SME) for one or more core Well Operations disciplines participating in the evaluation of training material and providers to enhance the teams capabilities.
    • Relieves the Well Operations Management Team as and when required.
    • Provides onshore technical support for each Well Operations activity assigned.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering Discipline, ideally Petroleum or Mechanical Engineering.
    • For Bachelors, minimum 20 years experience, for Masters, minimum 15 years experience and for PhD minimum 10 years experience in petroleum engineering activities related to well operations, well services and intervention, and at least 5 years of offshore related work.
    • Strong knowledge of Well Engineering in complex trajectory applications.
    • Computing competence with modelling software such as Nodal Analysis, Tubing Forces and Hydraulics, Production / Injection and Stimulation Modelling in addition to proficiency in MS Office applications.
    • Leadership and safety training (Desirable).
    • Professional Certifications
    • Basic Safety Training
    • Offshore Survival certificate (preferred)
    • IWCF Well Intervention certification (preferred).
    • Membership of Leading Petroleum/Drilling Societies an advantage.

    Material Officer

    Responsibilities

    HSE Engineer / Advisor

    Job Description

    • Development, communication and implementation of Project HES management plan.
    • Owning CONTRACTOR safety management process and monitoring CONTRACTOR performance.
    • Manage incident investigation, analysis and reporting process.
    • Provide technical guidance and assistance on a wide variety of HES topics including safe work practices, safety in design, risk management, industrial and environmental management. 

    Requirements
    Minimum Education & Experience:

    • Competence in risk based design including management of quantitative risk assessments.

    • Occupational Health and Safety in a fabrication or offshore location.

    HSSE Manager

    Job Description

    • Build capacity and capability within Security to ensure strength in a Threat led organization across IDENTIFY, PROTECT, DETECT, RESPOND model
    • Own and manage the HSSE Risk Register and work with other departments to ensure HSSE risk is mitigated
    • Own HSSE Crisis management function and ensure regular simulations are carried out to demonstrate resilience
    • Regularly review and update Base, Site and Project HSSE plans. Ensure proper threat and risk monitoring is in place
    • Build relationships with senior Government Security Forces (GSF) from the respective agencies within their Area of Responsibility (AOR).

    Requirements

    Lead Contracts Specialist

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for contracting activities including but not limited to Civil Works, Civil Infrastructure & Services, Telecom Infrastructure Services & Works, Road Construction & Rehabilitations, Campsite Construction, Marine Services, Engineering Support Services, Consultancy Services, Project Studies, etc. as pertains to the Project.
    • Utilise company’s standard model contract in liaison with Legal for work packages, good and service type contracts.

    HSE Supervisor

    Responsibilities

    • To monitor the implementation of the approved Contractor and sub-contractor project HSE plan and referenced procedures including bridging documents
    • Participate in Risk Assessment and SERVICE Safety Analysis studies dedicated to construction operations in hands and ensure they comply with related  General Specifications and Guide manuals.
    • Monitoring and reporting the Health, Safety and Environmental performance of the Contractor and its sub-contractors on site.
    • Undertake site HSE audits & inspections, and ensure corrective action recommendations are conclusively closed-out.
    • Ensure Hazard identification/reporting, accident reporting and investigation are continuously undertaken

    • To monitor the implementation of control measures identified during risk analyses while carry out the construction activity.
    • To assist in the investigation of accidents and incidents to determine their underlying causes, report anomalies and check corrective actions.
    • To monitor the implementation of actions arising from incident, accident, audit and inspection analyses
    • To check first aid materials and equipment are available on the sites
    • To carry out any other duties or tasks that may be assigned by his hierarchical superiors.

    Requirements

    • Bachelors Degree (B.Sc) or equivalent in any Engineering or Physical Science, and formal training in HSE with recognized qualification or certification.
    • Minimum of 5 years working experience in the Oil and Gas production projects, with minimum of 3 years of similar HSE responsibilities.
    • Knowledge of risk assessment techniques and experience at organising HAZOPS, HAZIDS, HAZAN and other reviews.
    • Administrative skills including proficiency in typical office applications (Words, Excel, PowerPoint, etc).
    • Fluent in English language and ability to communicate well at all levels within the Company.
    • In addition, the candidate must possess very good planning, presentation, negotiations and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work on rotation bases.
