Specific Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction for Enterprise-wide Risk Management activity across the Company.
• Provide regular reports to senior management and board on ERM
• Review and assess risk methodologies across the organization
• Ensure lines of business have risk mitigation capacity both in personnel and risk systems.
• Ensure risk are managed within the set risk appetite of the company
• Develop, maintain and update risk governance framework, risk policies, risk appetite and risk limits, risk register.
• Instituting a risk culture company wide.
• Develop, maintain and update risk governance framework, risk policies, risk appetite and risk limits.
• Design and update the risk rating parameters.
