To analyze product samples from the raw materials to the finished products in order to meet baker’s quality satisfaction for the company to make profit.

THE JOB

• Lead the in-process and out process of quality evaluations, actions for improvement, and resolution.
• Ensure all raw material and finished products used conform with set standards and specification.
• Assess customer requirements and ensure that the requirements are met.
• Supervise methods and procedures for monitoring Quality Gold Standards from raw materials to the finished products and how to improve process checks.
• Perform root cause analysis and other problem-solving activities to identify effective corrective actions.
• Ensure legal obligations are followed and monitor compliance with regulatory bodies and with health and safety guidelines.
• Ensure quality control objectives adhere with site requirements and central quality control/quality assurance team to maintain product safety, quality, reliability and minimize cost.
• Supervise calibration of laboratory equipment and accuracy of all analytical procedures and equipment in the plant.
• Interact with Bakers, Dealers, and Customers to identify opportunities to improve quality and establish feedback with production personnel.
• Ensure gold standard quality efficiency of all products.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

To assist in managing & coordinating structured systems for the implementation of ISO 45001 practices for the safety, health and environment of the employees and factory.

THE JOB

• Manage and support the safety manager in hazard analysis and lead accident investigations for preventive actions.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop safe operational procedures.
• Outline safe operational procedures which identify and take account of all relevant hazards including PPE concept revision and monitoring.
• Carry out regular site inspections to check that policies and procedures are properly implemented and create weekly audit reports with follow up.
• Document inspection findings and suggest improvements.
• Record all incidents (including near miss, unsafe act, and condition) as well as accidents and produce KPI statistics.
• Respond to reports of unsafe conditions (e.g., electrical hazards, loose stair treads, etc.) by requesting repairs or maintenance and taking into cognizance material for submission to the HSE priority investment budget in form of GAP Analyses.
• Ensure compliance with Company’s safety, health and environment rules and procedures, including regulatory requirements and aim at implementing best practices.

QUALIFICATION

• OND in Environmental Sciences or Engineering.
• Membership of Institute of Occupational Safety & Health, Institute of Safety Professionals of Nigeria, IOSH Membership is an added advantage.

• Have 2 years experience in FMCG/ Oil & Gas

Carry out maintenance of machines and fabrication of parts to ensure smooth running of machinery within flour operations coverage area.

THE JOB

• Conduct timely breakdown repairs on all machinery to maintain smooth system operations.
• Perform a variety of routine maintenance tasks.
• Address incoming work requests promptly and efficiently.
• Communicate any existing or potential issues with supervisors to facilitate proactive solutions.
• Develop and implement preventative measures to minimize machine downtime.
• Troubleshoot electrical controls to identify and resolve issues.

To carry out installation and maintenance services of electrical systems and repair of machinery in order to enhance productivity within the company and subsidiaries to meet organizational objectives.

THE JOB

• Perform maintenance and repair of measuring scales within the mills.
• Provide repair services for electrical equipment and machines within the mills to minimize operational downtime.
• Conduct machine inspection duties and deliver reports to the supervisor to optimize production efficiency.
• Retrieve materials requested from the stores for maintenance services.
• Document and track electrical device readings for review and evaluation.
• Carry out wiring of electrical panels based on specification to avoid fire hazards.
• Carry out planned maintenance on electrical systems and machinery to ensure efficient operations.
• Carry out housekeeping functions to ensure a clean and hygienic environment.
• Respond to emergency repair calls to avoid interruption in operation.
• Report all Quality and Food Safety Issues to the Food Safety Team.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

To receive in coming wheat, transfer to respective silos and the preclearing sections for production use.

THE JOB

• Carry out checks on all machinery in the silos and work with the millers in the transfer of wheat.
• Ensure wheat in the silos are kept properly in terms of the controlled temperature, quality and the optimization of Silo space.
• Manage and ensure the housekeeping and maintenance are carried out in an organized manner and the machineries and buildings are always kept in good conditions.
• Ensure stock counts holds on a continual basis, check for current placement and identification of stock.
• Ensure the pre-cleans are filled with the correct wheat types.
• Monitor indicator level of silos to ensure that it is not filled beyond capacity.
• Ensure the receipt and transfer of wheat, also work hand in hand with millers to ensure efficiency of the milling process.
• Ensure all Standard Operating procedures are adhered to.
• Report all Quality and Food Safety Issues to the food safety team.
• Report all FMN Lifesaving Rules Violation and Behavioral Based Safety to the safety department.
