• We are looking for an experienced procurement manager to join our Lekki team

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and supervising all activities of the purchasing department.
• Preparing plans for the purchase of cake production supplies.
• Following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures.
• Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.
• Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
• Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, and product ranges.
• Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
• Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.
• Preparing budgets, cost analyses, and reports.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with at least 2 years of work experience.
• Candidate must reside in or around Lekki
• Pay close attention to details
• Sound knowledge of procurement processes and stock management
• Must be able to use Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Strong communication, leadership and teamwork skills.
• Capacity to perform your duties diligently, particularly during stressful situations.
• Must be able to work on some Sundays and holidays.
• Work from the office 23 days a month
• Should be willing to work with the company long term.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Bake various flavors of cake (Vanilla, chocolate, red velvet)
• Adjust oven temperatures to ensure proper baking.
• Be a team player.
