• ITIL V3/4, CCNA, Mikrotik (MTCNA), CWNA, RF Radio (Cambium, Ubiquiti)

JOB KNOWLEDGE

• Network troubleshooting (static routing, OSPF, BGP), Network Monitoring, Case/Incident Management, Knowledge on Core Network Architecture & Configuration, knowledge on Complete Customer Life Cycle - SDRM, Integration Parameters, Survey & Installation sheet, LAN, MPLS, VPN, troubleshooting expertise, APN Installation/Troubleshooting, knowledge on fiber troubleshooting and RF, Reconciliation, remote support (link integration, deployment and troubleshooting).

JOB KNOWLEDGE

• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends is a plus, A portfolio or examples of previous design work that demonstrate creativity and technical skills, creating visually appealing and engaging designs for various marketing materials, photo editing, retouching, and resizing images

JOB SKILLS

• Proficient in using graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other vector based design software such as Inkscape and Gimp, Strong visual and creative skills, with an eye for typography, color, and layout, Basic understanding of design principles and composition, Ability to take constructive feedback and incorporate it into design revisions, Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines, Strong communication and teamwork skills.
