    Job Competency Requirements

    • Ability to assess and identify new opportunities for growth in current and prospective markets, win new businesses/contracts, execute and create a sales team that will generate leads and sales opportunities to meet the company’s business and growth plans and the sales targets
    • Ability to foster strong professional relationships and manage expectations with customers, distributors, department leaders, and fellow employees

    Finance Manager

    Job Application Code:  FM-001               

    Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

    Job Competency Requirements

    • Ability to set up the company’s accounting system and development of chart of accounts with guidance from the COO
    • Ability to manage the day-to-day accounting function including preparation and analysis of daily/weekly/monthly accounting entries, management accounts, and financial information including commentary.
    • Ability to assist with weekly cash and treasury functions, including revenue assurance and client invoicing, scheduling payments, oversight of debtors and creditor’s position, and reconciliation of bank and cash transactions.
    • Ability to prepare weekly Finance Reports for the Executive Team.
    • Budget preparations, monitoring, and reporting.
    • Ability to perform Capex planning, management, and reporting; maintenance of asset register for the company
    • Ability to conduct Business partnering with teams across the business including Operations, Compliance, and Account Managers.
    • Ability to assist the Management with current and future finance transformation projects.
    • Ability to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including PAYE returns, VAT returns, corporation, and other tax returns/reporting.
    • Ad-hoc, project-based analytical duties working closely with the COO.

    Requirements

    • BSc./HND in Accounting or Finance with at least 5 years work experience in complex reconciliation(FMCG or financial institution) in addition to strong financial analysis and reporting skills.
    • Applicant must have passed at least the foundation level of ICAN ( or its equivalents in ACCA/NAN).
    • Good technical accounting knowledge and Payments/FinTech experience are highly desirable.
    • Advanced excel skills (advanced formulas, large data sets, pivot tables, etc), as well as proficiency in the use of Microsoft Suites, are important.

    Operation Assistant (Solar Installation Technician)

    Job Qualifications

    • Diploma / OND in Engineering with a minimum of 2 years work experience as a solar installation technician.
    • A young and dynamic applicant with a high level of professionalism, strong problem-solving abilities, ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time is important.
    • Experience in the use of data software i.e. excel, google sheets, graphics design, and familiarity with CRM systems and practices is important.
    • Applicant must have excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills and must be flexible enough to work some holidays and weekends.

    Job Competency:

    • Ability to update the various performance tracking documents used by the operations department and analyze all operations and forward suggestions for improvement to the operations lead.
    • Ability to assist in tracking all pending operations queries and prompt the ops to lead where necessary.
    • Ability to work on verification projects of repossession and technical tickets backlog by interfacing with customers, field agents, logistics, and the call center.
    • Ability to assist in implementing, tracking quarterly promotions, tracking deactivated products on the hub, follow up with the call center, and share reports with the supervisor.
    • Ability to track and follow up on fa/fr welcome call being made by the call center – evaluate and prompt for necessary action and assist in tracking fa/fr performance level vis a vis commission and salary payment.
    • Ability to assist in preparing periodic educational materials to be shared periodically with the field team and for the mobile training of the field team.
    • Ability to assist in training, onboarding of new fa/sr and new product launch and assist in downloading data needed for ops weekly reporting on the hub i.e sales, repairs, and repossession.
    • Ability to assist ops to lead in crucial end-of-the-month reporting i.e sr commission, wb report, tm/rm dashboard, repair target report and ensure and check that all reports are up to date and all pricing plans are captured and updated accordingly in all ops files.

    Embedded System Engineer (Solar)

    Job Qualifications

    • B.Sc in Engineering with a minimum of 3 years experience in hands-on development in C/C++ for embedded systems and evaluating firmware architecture.
    • A minimum of 5 years experience in Hardware development with experience in 32bit ARM Cortex processors.
    • Knowledge of computer architecture, hardware interfaces real-time operating systems, and driver development on low-level bare metal and high-level operating systems.
    • Excellent understanding of most systems on modern SoCs: CPU cores, memory bandwidth tradeoffs, low-power, boot loaders.
    • Experience in system development from scratch with board bring-up.
    • Experience in test-driven development (TDD) and continuous integration (CI) techniques for embedded systems.
    • Experience in High speed, Advanced PCB design from schematic to PCB to manufacturing.

    Job Competency:

    • Ability to manage a team of Embedded Engineers that build the hardware and firmware that runs on the company-developed products.
    • Ability to manage Engineers and helping them develop their careers, assigning them to projects tailored to their skill levels, long-term skill development, personalities, and work styles.
    • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional hardware and Software Engineering teams.
    • Ability to champion Engineering and Operational excellence, establishing metrics and processes for regular assessment and improvement.
    • Ability to set clear expectations and creating a positive work environment based on accountability, in collaboration with the engineering and Management teams.
    • Ability to work closely with dedicated recruiting staff to expand the team, including sourcing candidates, interviewing candidates, participating in conferences/events, and onboarding new employees.

    Inverter Technician (Solar)

    Job Qualifications

    • OND / HND / B.Sc. in Engineering Electrical or Electronics and related field with a minimum of 3 years experience in solar/inverters installation and maintenance, repairing electronics and electrical products.
    • Applicants must be conversant with electrical circuit diagrams and be a quick solution provider.
    • Experience in the effective usage of data analysis tools and statistical analysis is important.
    • Applicant must be a person that is hardworking with sound technical knowledge and can multitask, manage time effectively, work under pressure, and flexible arrangements.

    Job Competency:

    • Ability to maintain and install solar products, especially heavy-duty batteries, solar inverters, etc.
    • Ability to manage customer’s complaints and maintain a good relationship.
    • Ability to work under pressure with minimum or no supervision.
    • Ability to Conduct post-delivery inspection for inverters when assigned.
    • Ability to conduct battery refreshing/charging and testing when required.
    • Ability to participate in all service-related jobs with the team members and ensure compliance to standards.
