Job Role

• We are looking for a creative user experience and graphic designer, who’s obsessed with building intuitive, paradigm-shifting, unapologetically simple user experiences.
• You’ll empathize with the user in bringing out a creative solution right from the conceptual stage, conducting user research and translate them into wireframes and prototypes.
• Perseverant in iterating full system and design to ensure great user experience. You will collaborate with different teams across the organization to conceptualize and craft illustrations, infographics, flyers, or any other material, as requested.
• Your projects will need to stay in sync with brand guidelines but you'll have complete creative freedom.

Responsibilities

• Design sitemap, wireframes, mockups with a mindset to make our user’s life better.
• Understand the core difficulties and devise creative and practical solutions.
• Perform research and analyze the real expectation of the user.
• Believe in action items on every screen and make a great effort in offering minimalist design within the scope of the system.
• Facilitate client’s digital product visions by designing wireframes, sketches, prototypes, and mock-ups.
• Collaborative design with other partners viz. product management, marketing, technical architect, developers and visual designers.
• Present effective user stories and journeys across multiple devices.
• Administer and collect user acceptance testing and perfect design if needed.
• Iterate the complete product / system and culls out areas of improvement for a better user experience.
• Champion new ideas and takes smart risks.
• Work with internal partners to design and produce compelling graphics
• Implement brand standards and help us find new ways to effectively communicate brand mission and values
• Stay up to date with best practices and current technological improvements

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a UX / Graphic designer or in a similar position preferred (Proven experience in UX experience for multiple digital devices)
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript, JQuery and other front-end markup languages
• Experience designing mobile apps or complex enterprise applications.
• Proficient with Figma, Balsamiq, Invision, Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Indesign, CC
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams in understanding the detailed requirements and aligning the needs to product vision.
• Has deep knowledge in UX standard
• Excited to follow the UX industry's latest trends and technologies.
• Preferably experienced in designing for international languages and complex product requirements.

Job Role

• As a software developer, you’ll be the brain behind crafting, developing, testing, going live and maintaining the system.
• You are passionate in understanding the business context for features built to drive better customer experience and adoption.

Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience, during which you’ve developed technical expertise and stellar professional skills.

Requirements:

• Highly proficient in Java/Java EE and any other programming and/or scripting languages
• Proficient in web services / API design and implementation with Java (proficiency in the Spring framework is an advantage), as well as web application frontend (Angular, React, HTML/CSS, Responsive Design)
• Understanding of JavaScript core language concepts -- DOM manipulation, Fetch API, ES6+ features
• Experience with architecture and design principles, building to consider maintainability, performance, security requirements, and impact.
• Proficient in data layer design (for both relational and nosql databases). Practical knowledge of related concepts such as normalization (up to the 3rd normal form)
• Familiarity with at least one web server technology -- (ex: Apache, Nginx)
• Comfort working within agile methodologies and experienced in estimation and time management
• Candidate should have a very good grasp of the software development lifecycle: SDLC (Requirement gathering and analysis, Design, Implementation and Coding, Testing [including unit and integration testing], Deployment, Maintenance)
• Understands and is able to design and implement software to support performance on scale (when it's interacting with a lot of users and/or a lot of data)
• Follows good practice for software development (clean code, test coverage, source code version control, pull requests, code review, issue tracking, graceful as well as aggressive error handling)
• Practical knowledge of data structures and algorithms
• At least some basic agile / project management skills; required to deliver on a software feature / project
• Have a working understanding of application security concepts (security of data at rest or in transit, access control, audit logging) and be able to apply them in application design and development
• Proficiency in the use of modern tools and technologies that help with the software development lifecycle. Specifically:
  • Git for version control
  • Maven or Gradle for project lifecycle management
  • UML2.0+ (Class diagrams, Use case diagrams)
  • Docker for containerized deployment & test-driven-development (TDD)
