    Community Affairs Management & Security (CAMS) Manager

    Job Description

    • The CAMS manager will be responsible for coordinating, directing and managing the CAMS department including community affairs liaison, regulatory issues, security of company’s assets and resources as well as security activities such as carrying out periodic and random investigations,
    • liaising with government security agencies and security vendors
    • Plan, organize, coordinate and monitor security operations & community affairs management of the company/Establish and maintain an effective working relationship with community heads, security vendors, landlords and other relevant stakeholders.
    • Oversee investigations of reported or perceived crimes, security breaches across all regions of the company and provide prompt updates on such investigations for further directives by the management, Gather community intelligence and proactive information in company’s areas of operations.
    • Directly liaise with law enforcement agencies like NPF, NSCDC, EFCC and others for possible arrest and prosecution for crime against BISWAL
    • Represent BISWAL in court for case(s) charged to court-in liaison with court prosecutors
    • Develop excellent surveillance and emergency response protocols to secure, monitor and control company’s security operations, assets, and resources
    • Perform regulatory assistance services including procurement and processing of all local government/state/federal government permits, licenses or relevant authorizations relating to telecommunications & energy infrastructure and/or services.
    • Develop and implement security policies, protocols and procedures geared towards improving company’s security apparatus and architecture
    • Develop and monitor security budget for the department as well as controlling security expenditure
    • Coordinate timely reporting of issues and incidents according to stipulated format, platform and supporting documentation
    • Submit intelligence reports on suspected criminal activities in BISWAL operations region wise as well as reporting for management documentation

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Social Science or any relevant field.
    • Relevant postgraduate and or professional qualification would be of added advantage
    • 5-7 years’ experience in the telecommunication industry or similar/related industry, with emphasis on crime investigation role, security coordination and management
    • Any Additional Qualification from a Security Institution.
    • Good negotiation skills, Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, Good numerical skills

    Fleet Manager

    Job Description

    • The fleet manager is to coach, mentor, manage, and supervise all fleet personnel within the fleet department to achieve the best results within the fleet department. The Fleet Manager is to provide leadership expertise in management of all vehicles and equipment owned by Biswal including maintenance and repair so as to contribute to achieving Biswal’s strategy, growth and profit objectives.
    • Direct day-to-day operational management of fleet, advise management on requirements to support operations in line with business objectives
    • Develop guiding policies including safety standards; monitor and ensure adherence to established policies and procedures; continuous improvement, implement standard operating procedures to guide the use of the company’s fleet.
    • Ensure proper maintenance and servicing is delivered and equipment is maintained in accordance with (IAW) operational readiness rate (OR).
    • Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure availability of fit-for-purpose good and services in a cost-effective manner, to meet internal demands.
    • Design and implement an efficient store management system with supporting policies, processes, controls and documentation, Partner with business managers to optimise spending.
    • Develop procedures and budget data for the maintenance and repair of vehicles, Prepare material, cost and time reports.
    • Advise on requirement for parts, and supplies used for vehicle and maintenance and also monitors fleet expenditures and ensures compliance to budget constraints.
    • Maintain records of company fleet including, usage, deployment, repairs and maintenance.
    • Manage the fleet department, activities and personnel
    • Facilitate team development; manage performance.
    • Supervise all Fleet admin staff and coach to ensure all targets are met.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering or a related discipline
    • Relevant postgraduate and or professional qualification would be added advantage.
    • Must possess a minimum of 7-10 years’ work experience in automotive and vehicle maintenance, repair and rebuilding operations
    • Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience
    • Sound knowledge of equipment, facilities, materials, methods and procedures used in maintenance, construction and repair activities
    • Good negotiation skills, Excellent communication skills, Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving Skills, Good numerical skills.

    Office Facility/Admin & I.T Infrastructure Manager

    Job Description

    • The Office Facility/Admin & I.T Infrastructure Manager will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the company’s buildings & facilities including buildings functionalities, I.T & communication infrastructure, ensuring that they meet legal, health and safety requirement as well as enterprise administrative duties to support the company. The Office facility/admin & I.T infrastructure manager will provide corporate leadership in management of all office facilities, admin duties & assets and I.T infrastructure owned by Biswal to contribute to achieving Biswal’s growth strategy
    • Daily management of office facility/admin & I.T departments operations and advising the company on measures to improve the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of its various facilities and workspaces in line with business objectives.
    • Development and implementation of office facility/admin department maintenance plan and ensuring that company’s facilities are well-maintained and conducting proactive maintenance
    • Negotiate, finalize, and contract management of all facility/property acquisitions such as rentals, leases, purchases in line with company’s strategy and best industry practice/Overseeing renovations, refurbishments and building projects being executed by the company
    • Conduct regular testing and inspections of company’s facilities to ensure optimal working functionalities of such facilities and workspaces for use by company’s staff and management.
    • Liaise with all relevant stakeholders to ensure all staff are equipped with necessary PPE, work tools and assets to discharge their duties professionally in a safe and secure manner
    • Develop and implement strategies to ensure highly functional communication & connectivity architecture and IT infrastructure to meet internal & external demands of the company
    • Ensure robust industry standard cybersecurity measures and prevention of company’s data and asset from cyber intrusion, identify theft and other negative cyber activities
    • Oversight functions over I.T department in the performance of repair and maintenance of work tools such as phones, laptop etc as well as other IT infrastructure
    • Advise on industry’s best practices which meets company’s requirement for I.T infrastructure in line with company’s strategic objectives.
    • Engage competent vendors in the procurement of good and services which meets and exceed company’s requirement.
    • Manage vendors and contractors engaged by the departments to ensure effective service delivery and smooth operations; monitor performance to ensure delivery in line with agreements
    • Engage and partner with competent and resourceful vendors to provide required outsource services to the company to optimize performance at minimal cost.
    • Manage the office facility/admin & I.T department, activities, and personnel

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in facility management, engineering, business management, social sciences, or a related discipline
    • Relevant postgraduate and or professional qualification would be added advantage
    • Must possess a minimum of 7-10 years’ work experience in facility management, admin services or IT infrastructure support and operations
    • Minimum of 5 years managerial experience
    • Sound knowledge of facility management, administrative & enterprise support services, IT and procedures used in maintenance and reliability activities
    • Good negotiation, procurement & persuasive skills
    • Competent writing and communication skills – including the ability to communicate technical information
    • Must always a good team player as well as able to motivate and influence the team members to ensure their full co-operation
    • Well acquainted with facility management & IT infrastructure
    • Strong computer skills required
