    Fixed Asset Accountant

    Responsibilities:

    • Keep track of the cost of newly acquired and existing fixed assets.
    • *Monitor the expenditures of the company for fixed assets in comparison to capital budget and management authorizations.
    • They keep track of recording depreciation.
    • *Perform accounting for the disposition of fixed assets.
    • Monitor and report monthly capital expenditure

     Requirements:

    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in accounting
    • Bachelors' Degree in Accounting
    • Advanced use of Excel
    • Proficiency in ERPs; NAVISION is an advantage.

    Payable Officer

    Responsibilities:

    • Invoicing, data entry and proper documentation of invoices and supporting documents.
    • Handling payments in an organized and timely manner.
    • Timely preparation of necessary schedules and payments list.
    • Proper documentation and retrieval of source documents received.
    • Other tasks assigned by Finance Manager and Financial Controller.

    Requirements:

    • BSc in Accounting, Finance
    • Intermediate to Advance level skill in the use of Microsoft Excel Package
    • 2-3 years work experience as an Account Payable Officer
    • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
    • Knowledge of Sage (practical usage preferred)

    Reconciliation Officer

    Responsibilities:

    • Prepare monthly bank reconciliation reports regarding all cash deposits to the bank(s)
    • Perform the reconciliation and verification of accounts regarding cash at hand and cash at banks.
    • Track all inventories regularly and report to the management with the inventory records
    • Investigate all transactions in order to prevent fraud
    • Other assigned duties by Line manager.

     Requirements:

    • 2 years’ work experience as an Accountant
    • BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree.
    • Experience in QSR is an added advantage.
    • Excellent proficiency in Excel and accounting softwares.
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Flair for spotting numerical mistakes.
