    Facilitator – Transitioning to the C-Suite

    Job Description

    • The Facilitator will design and deliver high-impact executive-level training focused on leadership transition, strategic thinking, enterprise leadership, board readiness, executive presence, and performance at C-suite level. The role involves delivering both in-person and virtual sessions for senior professionals.

    Responsibilities

    • Facilitate executive training sessions on leadership transition to C-suite roles.
    • Develop and customize training content, case studies, role-plays, and assessments.
    • Coach participants on executive mindset, boardroom dynamics, and enterprise leadership.
    • Guide participants on leading strategy, people, finance, risk, and performance at the enterprise level.
    • Lead practical simulations on executive decision-making and crisis leadership.
    • Assess participant performance and submit post-training evaluation reports.
    • Provide individual and group coaching support where applicable.
    • Support continuous improvement of the program curriculum.

    Skills

    • Exceptional executive-level facilitation and coaching skills.
    • Deep understanding of C-suite responsibilities (CEO, COO, CFO, CMO, CHRO, CTO).
    • Strong strategic thinking, governance, and enterprise leadership capability.
    • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills.
    • High emotional intelligence and professional discretion.
    • Competence in digital facilitation tools (Zoom, MS Teams, LMS platforms).

    Education

    • Minimum of a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, Leadership, or related fields.
    • A PhD’s degree (MBA, MPA, MSc, etc.) is strongly preferred.
    • Executive coaching, leadership, or governance certifications are added advantages.

    Experience

    • Minimum of 10–15 years senior management or executive-level experience.
    • Demonstrated experience facilitating executive education, leadership development, or board-level programs.
    • Practical C-suite or top-management experience is a strong advantage.
    • Consulting experience with senior leaders is an added benefit.

    Remuneration

    • Highly competitive, session-based remuneration, aligned with AIBT’s executive education framework.
    • Travel, accommodation, and logistics covered where applicable.
    • Curriculum development honorarium (if required).

    Other Requirements

    • Availability for physical and virtual facilitation.
    • Ability to handle senior executives and public sector leaders professionally.
    • Strong ethical standards and confidentiality.
    • Willingness to conduct a demo facilitation session or mock executive training.
    • Flexibility for weekend, evening, or out-of-station programs when required.

    Executive Networking & Influence Mastery

    Job Description

    • The Facilitator will design and deliver advanced training focused on executive networking, strategic influence, stakeholder engagement, persuasion, power mapping, and relationship-based leadership. The role involves facilitating both in-person and virtual sessions for senior-level participants.

    • Coach participants on executive presence, strategic communication, and relationship capital.
    • Lead practical exercises on power mapping, negotiation, and influence without authority.
    • Assess participant progress and submit post-training evaluation reports.
    • Provide one-on-one or group coaching sessions (where applicable).
    • Contribute to continuous improvement of the program curriculum.

    Skills

    • Minimum of a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Psychology, Communication, Political Science, or related fields.
    • A PhD’s degree is highly desirable.
    • Professional certifications in Coaching, Negotiation, Communication, or Leadership are added advantages.

    Experience

    • Minimum of 8–12 years professional experience in executive leadership, consulting, high-level sales, diplomacy, public affairs, or strategic communications.
    • Proven experience facilitating executive or leadership-level training programs.
    • Demonstrated success in building high-level networks and influencing decision-makers.

    Other Requirements

    • Availability for physical and virtual delivery.
    • Ability to handle senior executives and government officials with professionalism.
    • Strong ethical standards and confidentiality.
    • Willingness to conduct a short demo facilitation session.
    • Flexibility for weekend or out-of-station engagements when required.
