    Medical Sales Executive

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking an experienced and goal-driven Medical Sales Executive to join our medical sales team in Katsina. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key client relationships (including hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies), and promoting the company’s range of medical products. The role requires a strong understanding of the healthcare market, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in B2B medical sales.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets within the Katsina territory.
    • Identify and establish relationships with new customers, including hospitals, diagnostic centers, and medical distributors.
    • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
    • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare professionals.
    • Monitor competitors’ activities and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
    • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
    • Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to plan promotional campaigns and product launches.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sales practices.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or any related field.
    • Minimum of 3–5 years of medical sales experience, preferably in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or healthcare equipment.
    • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and customer base in Katsina and surrounding areas.
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
    • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
    • Must be self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
    • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

    Accountant

    Job Summary:

    The Accountant will be responsible for managing all financial activities related to showroom sales, projects, and overall business operations. The role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to provide financial insights to support decision-making.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and multitask effectively.

    • Strong communication (written and verbal) and problem-solving skills.
    • Self-driven, motivated, confident, and articulate team player.
