    Interface Coordinator I

    Job Description

    • Manages interfaces on technical issues with senior government departmental heads (Secretaries and Directors) and co-ventures and coordinates technical inputs from geosciences and drilling
    • Implements project wide Interface Management program based on standard process and company's lessons learned from other projects

    • To be responsible for the planning and scheduling of all Maintenance activities.     Marine Advisor

    Main Functions
    Works to assure the safe and efficient turnaround of gas carriers and condensate tankers. This will include assisting with the management and oversight of all associated critical contractors including tug, and port services providers:

    Construction Site Lead - EXPAT

    Project Logistics Coordinator

    Description

    • Support Logistics Manager/Lead with Logistics and Materials Management expertise, interfacing with Contractor Logistics and Materials Management personnel
    • Interface with and influence project disciplines to ensure logistics/materials management considerations are included in design and project plan

    Planning and Scheduling Engineer II

    • Provide overall project schedule, progress measurement, and change management expertise
    • Ensures that the schedule control & progress procedures are developed and executed by the Contractor’s to monitor its schedule control activities and progress reporting

    Plant / Process Operator

    Description

    • Work cooperatively with Contractor personnel to prepare and maintain a safe work environment for their work
    • Responsible for participation in the Operations Emergency Response activities relating to the Area
    • Provide support and coordination with the Systems Completion team in start-up and commissioning of the facilities

    Description

    • Serve as primary interface with Installation Contractor/Diving Sub-Contractor on matters related to diving scope of work.
    • Monitor the diving contractor to ensure diving operations are conducted safely and appropriately in compliance with contractual agreement.
    • Provide diving technical support to the installation team.

    Responsibilities

    • Monitor contractor performance and ensure specifications / approved procedures are followed
    • Assist Management with planning, procedure review and technical support of matters involving diving
    • Attends vessel safety meetings, the daily vessel meeting and tool box talks to ensure there is a clear understanding of the activities that are to be performed
    • Relay all relevant Safety Alerts with the Contractor and the Dive Team
    • Conduct diving plant and equipment audits ensuring all relevant certification and audits are in date and that any close-out actions from those audits have been carried out
    • Ensures that any issues evaluated during the HAZID/HIRA process or which are raised during safety meetings are closed out prior to the start of the work
    • Review Contractors diving personnel certifications and qualifications
    • Acts as the focal point between the operator and the contractor particularly for SIMOPS and Permit to Work (PTW).
    • Informs Management about progress and planning using DPRs and e-mail/telephone updates
    • Arranges logistical support as required for helicopter/supply vessel/personnel movements.
    • Stewards in the management of change process
    • Undertakes daily walk through observations of operational areas to check on progress, safety and housekeeping
    • Participates in the development of all SIMOPs documents to ensure that all parties have a clear understanding of diving activities and their impact on adjacent work activities
    • Keeps a detailed diary covering the activities offshore with reference to any specific messages, e-mails or telephone conversations
    • Monitors the contractor to ensure compliance with diving legislation, Oil & Gas Producers (OGP) Diving recommended practice and industry best practices, such as IMCA
    • Monitor certain diving activities such as supervisor/diver communications, diver video monitoring, ROV/Diver SIMOPS, diver/crane operations, bell deployment/recovery, diving suitability to environmental conditions and vessel movement
    • Monitor the dive team for competence, knowledge and skill proficiency
    • Review of Contractor's diving logs and daily reports
    • Responsible for the emergency response and incident reporting for DCIs and treatment protocols
    • Participate in the Dive Contractors investigation of all diving or diving related incidents and root cause investigations
    • Supervise the diving contractors’ closeout reporting requirements
    • Develop company's lessons learned on project completion

    Job Requirements

    • Experience in offshore commercial diving and supervision in support of oil and gas industry
    • Knowledge and understanding of industry diving standards, processes, regulations, and safety awareness programs.
    • Attended a Diving Worksite Representative training course accredited by an operator member of the Association of Oil and Gas Producers (OGP).

    Instrument Maintenance Technician

    Description

    • Installs and maintains instrument equipment in compliance with all rules and practices.

    Responsibilities

    • Plans, updates, and oversees all activities within his or her areas of responsibility according to the laws, regulations, standards, specifications, and procedures. Special emphasis must be placed on health, safety, and the environment
    • Supports and encourages team effort between operations, engineering, and projects groups
    • Provides input and reviews the control specifications and work practices
    • Is responsible and accountable for control systems as defined in the Work Management Manual
    • Has the knowledge to apply and follow work permits through Permit To Work System (PTWS) as discussed in the Work Management Manual
    • Ensures the quality and timely completion of work scheduled by the Maintenance Program
    • Develops personal and team technical skills (for example, new regulations, equipment, methods, and others)
    • Attends and instructs (as needed) technical meetings, to keep instrument technicians informed of the latest specifications, codes, procedures, and technology
    • Develops and maintains open communications on control issues (for example, safe work practices, training, materials, and others) with co-workers
    • Supports work prioritization to maximize effectiveness and to complement the efforts of other work groups
    • Provides technical support to other Technicians for maintenance and troubleshooting on company's instrument systems
    • Is able to generate Management of Change requests (MOCs) on control-related equipment and installation and can follow up with installation inspections consistent with Operations Integrity Management System (OIMS) Element 3
    • Constructs, monitors, and inspects new installations for their consistency with the mission and recommend upgrades as necessary
    • Acts as a stand-in for the Instrument Lead position as needed

    Job Requirements
    Education and Experience:

    • A minimum of grade 12 or an equivalent high school education, preferably enhanced by related technical school courses
    • A minimum of five years of maintaining Instruments and Controls in processing plant or offshore production plant

    General Technical Skills:

    • Is familiar with regulations applicable to the operations of oil and gas facilities
    • OIMS systems, related manuals, and procedures

    Specific Technical Skills:

    • Meets the safety, administrative, and technical training requirements associated with this position as documented in the company operations-approved training roadmap
    • Possesses the general competencies and Operations Integrity Critical competency requirements as documented and maintained in company Operations Training roadmap
