• Monitoring and maintaining networks and servers.

• Performing diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimize computer systems.
• Documenting processes, as well as backing up and archiving data.
• Developing data retrieval and recovery procedures.
• Designing and implementing efficient end-user feedback and error reporting systems.
• Supervising and mentoring IT department employees, as well as providing IT support.
• Keeping up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration.

Competency and Skill Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification.
• Extensive experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies.
• Excellent project and time management skills.
• Must possess working knowledge of relevant operating systems, software and programming.
• Monitor security certificates and company compliance of requirements
• Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer problems
• Ability to work as a team

Job Description

• Ensures timely pick up of Client’s shipment
• Raise waybills and ensure capture of all pickups.
• Quality assurance to ensure shipments are properly packaged and well documented
• Supervises Courier/Driver pick up and drop off activities to ensure proper handling, process compliance and behaviors that represents the organization’s business values.
• Follows-up on every client’s shipment to ensure picked-up shipments are delivered within SLA
• Identifies sales lead and ensure closure of such opportunities by liaising with the sales team
• Escalate any impending service failures to your reporting line.
• Relationship Management.
• Verifies completeness of all Clients transaction with the company
• Ensures timely issue resolution
• Must readily be available to perform any other job function as authorized by your line manager.

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND, HND or Bachelor's Degree with 2-4 years experience
• Must have experience in the logistics industry.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to use Microsoft office tools.
• Ability to work as a team.

• Greet visitors as soon as they walk in to the reception.
• Receive, sort and distribute co-mails.
• Direct visitors to the appropriate office / staff they need to see after confirmation from the staff.
• Assist with administrative duties.
• Scheduling appointments and meetings.
• Ensure that the reception is always tidy and neat.
• Preparing the conference room for meetings and trainings.
• Provide excellent customer service to walk-in customers and visitors.
• Other duties assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification with 1 - 3 years work experience.
