IT STRATEGY ANALYST
An exciting opportunity exists for a skilled IT Strategy Analyst to join a dynamic team. The successful candidate will bring a strong analytical and structured approach to problem solving to support execution on the exciting pipeline of opportunities. The strategy analyst will perform various functions, which primarily involves utilizing data to provide support for strategy formulation, business development, and forecasting. This individual will gather, review, test data and apply many measures to provide solutions to critical business issues and decisions.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Support on developing & keeping key dashboards, databases and systems live and up to date.
• Support on the prioritization and execution of key activities and projects within the organisation.
• Ensure key actions from the Portfolio reviews and strategic plan are captured and completed in a timely manner.
• Support in monitoring the overall portfolio performance between review sessions, and make recommendations and improvements to support execution.
• As required, support other strategic activities within the organization including external innovation, licensing.
• Build and maintain a strong viewpoint on external market dynamics supporting in updating the LT on key trends, announcements and general market intelligence.
• Provide, communicate, and implement strategy to address competition, changes in customer preference, and improvements in technology and marketing tools
• Provide further insight into the firms overall strategy by identifying critical questions performing ad-hoc analyses.
• Provide leadership to teams and cross-functional teams on the execution of an implementation, work plan, or other strategic initiative.
• Provide actionable insights and modeling to improve strategy and performance.
• Develop dashboards, executive summaries, and weekly/monthly reports to measure against KPIs and market dynamics.
• Use a professional presentation style to communicate and creates effective visuals to convey data/info in easily digestible manner with clear takeaways.
• Prepare, organize, and display data/results to convey targeted messages for each audience.

SKILLS ANS QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field.
• At least 5 years’ experience working as an IT Strategy Analyst.
• Experience with SQL and R Language software and systems.
• Experience with frameworks, statistics, and algorithm design.
• Comfortable utilizing business case development and strategic thinking to solve problems.
• Strong PowerPoint presentation skills are required.
• Previous consulting experience is mandatory.

SAP Cutover Manager

The SAP Cutover Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth go live of the SAP Deployment at our client. In their remit will be ownership of the change management, data cutover, finance and procurement cutover, manufacturing & logistics cutover & go-live plan and the execution of tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities of a wide team of points of contact across client locations including factories, warehouses & project resources
• Monitor data, cutover activities and progress and communicate to senior leadership team including status, progress, issues, etc.
• Input into Quality Gate reviews for all data and cutover related activity
• Provide Business Unit engagement and communications strategy.
• Look for opportunities to design innovative solutions to meet user needs and service demands
• Plan, prepare and ensure execution of the pre-cutover, cutover and post-cutover tasks
• Definition, Ownership and Governance of Finance, Procurement and Supply cutover plan
• Liaison with all other members of the project plan to ensure alignment
• Work with teams and leadership to develop plans to support labor requirements for training and cutover needs
• Maintain knowledge and awareness of relevant issues, insights, practices and opportunities to identify and make recommendations for opportunities
• Manage stakeholder relationships through effective communication and issues management to ensure stakeholders are engaged throughout the project and project deliverables are met
• Lead and connect all parties involved in the cutover activities including business managers, project managers and project team/s, to ensure the creation of integrated solutions and plans meet organizational change management guidelines and priorities
• Ensure post cutover that system is working properly and track any issues through to resolution

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 10+ years of experience and at least 5 cycles of SAP Implementations
• Prior experience leading projects and at least 2 cycles as SAP cutover manager
• Demonstrable experience with migrations of data in complex, global, release-deployed systems implementations
• Ability to define and execute multiple detailed activity plans simultaneously, maintaining an ability to articulate progress and status clearly to key stakeholders
• Natural ability to coordinate and facilitate diverse teams of different skill sets, backgrounds and locations
• Good understanding of key SAP functional process streams as well as Project Management skills
• Solid understanding of the SAP Data Model and most commonly used Master- and Transactional Data elements
• Ability to conduct and facilitate workshops with business representatives, management and executive, team member resources, and external 3rd party groups
• Problem solving skills that use techniques to identify the root cause of the issue and then ability to clearly communicate (verbal/orally) this position.
• Advanced communication skills with a demonstrated ability to provide advice, consult and negotiate with senior management and manage key relationships
