    IT/Network Support Officer

    • A skilled and proactive IT/Network Support Officer to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing IT infrastructure, providing technical support, and ensuring the reliability and security of our network and systems. This role requires a problem-solver who can work independently while supporting end-users and maintaining critical IT operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience spanning the following fields:

    Hardware & Technical Support

    • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware issues for desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and peripherals
    • Perform hardware installations, upgrades, and maintenance
    • Manage inventory of IT assets and coordinate warranty repairs/replacements
    • Provide first-level and second-level technical support to end-users

    Network Administration

    • Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, access points)
    • Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and optimize network reliability
    • Implement and maintain network security protocols and access controls
    • Manage VPN configurations and remote access solutions

    System Administration

    • Administer Windows/Linux server environments and Active Directory
    • Manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies
    • Oversee software deployment, patching, and license management
    • Maintain backup systems and disaster recovery procedures

    General IT Operations

    • Document IT procedures, network diagrams, and system configurations
    • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for infrastructure support
    • Assist in IT project implementations and technology upgrades
    • Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and best practices

    Technical Skills

    • Proficiency in Windows and Linux server administration
    •  Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and VLAN configurations
    •  Experience with network hardware (Cisco, Juniper, or equivalent)
    •  Active Directory and Microsoft 365/Exchange administration
    •  Hardware troubleshooting and repair capabilities

    Certifications (Preferred)

    • CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+; Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA); Cisco CCNA; or equivalent industry certifications

    Soft Skills

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
    • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
    • Commitment to security best practices and compliance standards
    • Continuous learning mindset to keep pace with Microsoft ecosystem updates

    Microsoft 365 Administrator

    • An experienced Microsoft 365 Administrator to manage, secure, and optimize our organization's Microsoft 365 ecosystem. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise across the Microsoft 365 stack, with proven hands-on experience in administration, security, governance, and endpoint management. This role also requires solid foundational knowledge in general IT support and networking to ensure seamless integration and troubleshooting across our technology infrastructure.

    Key Responsibilities

    Microsoft 365 Administration & Management

    • Administer and maintain the Microsoft 365 Admin Center, including user lifecycle management, license allocation, and service configuration
    • Manage Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Microsoft Teams environments
    • Configure and maintain hybrid identity scenarios and cloud-only environments
    • Monitor service health, performance, and usage analytics across M365 services
    • Plan and execute migrations, upgrades, and service deployments

    Security & Governance

    • Implement and manage Microsoft 365 Security features including Defender for Office 365, Safe Links, Safe Attachments, and anti-phishing policies
    • Configure and maintain Microsoft Purview (formerly Microsoft 365 Compliance Center) for data governance, retention policies, eDiscovery, and legal holds
    • Manage Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies and sensitivity labels
    • Conduct security audits, threat assessments, and compliance reporting
    • Respond to security incidents and implement remediation actions

    Identity & Access Management

    • Administer Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) including user provisioning, conditional access policies, and MFA implementation
    • Manage application registrations, enterprise applications, and SSO configurations
    • Implement and maintain Privileged Identity Management (PIM) and role-based access control (RBAC)
    • Configure and troubleshoot hybrid identity with Azure AD Connect
    • Manage device identity and compliance policies

    Endpoint Management

    • Administer Microsoft Intune for mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM)
    • Deploy and manage device configuration profiles, compliance policies, and app protection policies
    • Manage Windows Autopilot deployments and endpoint security configurations
    • Troubleshoot enrollment issues and device compliance failures
    • Oversee patch management and software deployment through Intune

    IT Support & Networking

    • Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for M365-related issues and escalations
    • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues affecting M365 services (DNS, proxy, firewall configurations)
    • Collaborate with network teams to optimize connectivity to Microsoft services (ExpressRoute, VPN split-tunneling)
    • Support Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy administration
    • Document technical procedures, runbooks, and knowledge base articles

    Requirements

    • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 environments
    • Proven experience with Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Security & Compliance centers
    • Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Intune endpoint management
    • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID / Azure Active Directory
    • Experience with networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, firewalls, and proxy configurations
    • Background in general IT support and systems administration

    Technical Skills

    • Microsoft 365 Core Services: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Power Platform administration
    • Security & Compliance: Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Purview compliance tools, DLP, retention policies, eDiscovery

    About the job

    • The Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing, managing, and strengthening business relationships with clients and key industry stakeholders within the assigned region. The role focuses on driving portfolio growth, delivering value-adding financial solutions, maintaining strong asset quality, and ensuring full compliance with CreditAssist’s credit policies, investment governance standards, and regulatory requirements.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Implement regional business strategies in alignment with squad, unit, and organizational objectives.
    • Develop and execute targeted marketing initiatives to acquire and retain clients across key industry segments within the region.
    • Build, manage, and grow a healthy loan portfolio while maintaining strong asset quality.
    • Conduct client interviews, process loan applications, perform financial analysis, and prepare credit approval memoranda in line with CAIL credit policies.
    • Ensure rigorous documentation, timely underwriting, and proactive relationship management to minimize loan losses.
    • Monitor loan performance and follow up on overdue obligations, ensuring timely initiation of recovery actions where required.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline
    • Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management, preferably within financial services or lending
    • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
    • Strong ability to prospect, generate leads, and convert opportunities into active clients
    • Experience in managing and growing client portfolios across different market segments
    • Excellent relationship management and customer engagement skills
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion abilities
    • Good understanding of market dynamics and competitive positioning
    • Ability to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate target markets
