- 1 - 2 years experience in LAN, WLAN installation, and other computer networking.
- Age: Not more than 30 years of age
- Good knowledge of computer hardware/software installation and troubleshooting.
- Exceptional Interpersonal and Communication Skills.

NOC Support Personnel

Responsibilities
The Support Personnel will be responsible for
- Tracking and ensuring all issues relating to the data center
- Troubleshooting and resolving hardware issues
- Troubleshooting and resolving the cooling issue
- Liaising with the team responsible for UPS, Network, etc., installation and maintenance
- Providing periodic preventive maintenance as scheduled on the IT assets
- Additional roles may be defined as required and identified during the envisioning stage
Qualification
- OND/HND in any Science Background.
