    Investor Relations Manager

    Job description

    • We are looking for an Investor Relations Manager to manage relationships with investors, analysts, and financial stakeholders by ensuring transparent communication, accurate reporting, and strong investor confidence that supports business growth and fundraising strategy.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute the organization’s investor relations strategy.
    • Serve as the main point of contact for current and potential investors.
    • Prepare investor presentations, quarterly/annual reports, and performance updates.
    • Manage investor communications, including newsletters, briefing calls, and updates.
    • Support fundraising activities by preparing pitch decks, financial models, and due diligence documents.
    • Analyze financial trends, competitor performance, and market developments to brief investors.
    • Partner with the finance team to ensure accuracy of financial reporting and disclosures.
    • Plan and coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, and events.
    • Track and manage investor inquiries, feedback, and relationship history.
    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.

    • Proven experience in managing investor or stakeholder relationships.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Professional certifications (CFA, ACCA, ACA) are an advantage.
    • 5–7 years’ experience in investor relations, corporate finance, financial analysis, or related roles.
    • Experience in financial services, fintech, or investment management is required.
    • Track record of supporting fundraising and managing institutional investors is a strong plus.

    Training & Sales Performance Manager

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for an experienced Training & Sales Performance Manager to develop, deliver, and optimize sales training programs while driving performance excellence across our sales organization.
    • You will play a critical role in enhancing sales capabilities, strengthening operational efficiency, and ensuring our teams are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and structure needed to achieve consistent, high-level results.

    What You’ll Do

    • Develop and deliver structured sales training programs, maintain up-to-date product learning materials, and provide ongoing coaching to strengthen sales capability and readiness.
    • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance data, prepare individual and team reports, and analyze trends to identify improvement areas and actionable insights.
    • Collate and verify payroll-related data for the sales team, ensure accurate salary computations, and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with HR and Finance.
    • Prepare monthly performance review reports and lead the weekly Thursday sales review meetings with leadership.
    • Handle media setup and technical arrangements for trainings, presentations, and organizational meetings.
    • Collaborate with Sales Leadership, HR, Product, and other cross-functional teams to align training needs, support new product launches, and maintain consistent performance standards.
    • Maintain high-quality documentation of training materials, performance dashboards, and operational processes.

    What We’re Looking For

    • 2–4 years’ experience in sales training, sales operations, performance management, or a closely related role.
    • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, CRM platforms, and performance reporting tools.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and documentation abilities.
    • Proven experience creating training materials and delivering structured learning sessions.
    • Strong attention to detail, especially with payroll data and performance metrics.
    • Ability to multitask, work cross-functionally, and support multiple teams simultaneously.
    • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
