Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide clerical and administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
• Assist with scheduling, documentation, and email correspondence.
• Support the coordination and logistics of NICCI events and meetings.
• Maintain organized files and track inventories or supplies as needed.

Requirements:

• Recent graduate
• Detail-oriented and organized with strong time management skills.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (VVord, Excel, etc.).
• A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:

• Support in executing physical marketing and outreach activities for NICCI events and programs.
• Assist with distribution Of promotional materials and engaging with stakeholders at in-person events.
• Collaborate on creative campaigns to increase visibility and engagement.
• Provide basic support on NICCl's social media platforms (knowledge is a plus).
• Help track and report feedback from field marketing efforts.
