    Internal Control Officer

    Responsibilties

    • Quarterly report of activities to the Board of Directors
    • Quarterly report of Enterprise Risk Management of the Bank to the BOD
    • Review & Manage the day-to-day attendance register and operational issues
    • Monitors organization wide compliance with laid down policies, processes and procedure to ensure adherence
    • Ensure adequate care and maintenance of bank’s properties
    • Report internal control deficiencies identified on the field work with marketers and Loan Officers.
    • Conduct confidential investigations on control breaches
    • Rendition of relevant returns to Regulatory authorities
    • Develops reviews and updates operational risk- mitigation and fraud prevention strategies
    • Budget implementation
    • Cost control.

    Qualifications

    •  Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor`s Degree with 2 - 5 years experience.

    Human Resource Officer

    Responsibilties

    • Recruitment and Staffing Logistics.
    • Employee Orientation, development and training.
    • Performance management and improvement systems.
    • Policy development and proper documentation.
    • Oversee and Monitor staff attendance to work.
    • Ensure proper background and security check on new recruits.
    • Mediator between Employee and Employer.
    • Ensure that all staff documentations and details are up to date and easily retrievable.
    • Batching of staff document
    • Effectively manage and coordinate issues concerning staff safety, welfare and health.
    • Verification of result
    • Staff Leave Advice to staff members proceeding on leave
    • Issuing of offer letters to new hires
    • Computation of Performance Induce Pay for credit and Outreach Unit.
    • Filling and compilation of Annual Appraisal form staff members
    • Employee services and counselling.
    • Preparation and remittance of Pension Fund Administration
    • Development of an employee-orientated company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and high performance.
    • Computing and administering staff payroll.
    • Relate with all departments.
    • Report to Head Human Capital Management.

    Job Responsibilties for Training and Development Manager

    • Development and training
    • Adherence to and implementation of training plan calendar for the year
    • Ensuring all staff members have minimum of 30 hours of classroom training time per year.
    • Effective maintenance of facilities at the training school.

    Qualifications

    • Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor`s Degree with 1 - 4 years experience.
