Job Purpose
- Develop and implement internal control policies and procedures in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Monitor and investigate suspicious activities or transactions to prevent fraud, embezzlement, or other financial crimes.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement corrective actions to address identified control deficiencies or non-compliance issues.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure the correctness and accuracy of every record of the company through daily call-over reports
- Ensure that all credit sales are duly approved
- Ensure a well-controlled payable portfolio
- Early detection/correction of shortage/suppression
- Ensure strict adherence to the budget as approved by management for the company
- Ensure that I.O.U collected are duly approved and retired within 48hrs/completion of the assignment
- Ensure strict compliance with company processes, procedures and regulations
- Ensure safeguarding the various assets of the company e, e.g., consumables, stock, fixed assets, etc.
- Monitor diesel intake from vendors and internal dispensing to ensure accuracy and prevent conversion, pilferage, theft or fraud
- Ensure adherence to the HSE regulations
- Prevention and detection of fraud, forgery, and operational errors
- Prepare and submit regular reports to ICM/HIC and other RELEVANT stakeholders on the status of internal control activities, including any issues or concerns that require attention.
Requirements
- Education Qualification: BSc/HND in Accounting
- Professional Certification: ICAN ATS Certification
- Required Years of Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience in internal control, auditing, compliance, risk management, or accounting at officer level.

Job Purpose
- To lead the development and execution of integrated industrial marketing strategies that drive sustainable growth across Amo Group's agribusiness portfolio, including poultry feeds, day-old chicks, vaccines, pharmaceuticals, animal nutrition, animal health products, and technical services.
- The Industrial Marketing Manager will champion commercialisation initiatives, develop new markets, strengthen customer relationships, support revenue generation, and position Amo Group as the preferred agribusiness partner for commercial farms, distributors, integrators, veterinary institutions, government agencies, and other industrial customers.
- The role works closely with Sales, Technical Services, Production, Supply Chain, Finance, R&D, and Business Unit leaders to translate customer needs into profitable business opportunities while enhancing the company's competitive position across Nigeria and West Africa.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing & Commercial Planning:
- Develop and implement annual industrial marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
- Translate corporate strategy into actionable market development initiatives.
- Develop Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for new products and business segments.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Animal Science, Agriculture, Veterinary Medicine, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Master's Degree or MBA is an added advantage.
- Professional marketing certification (CIM, NIMN, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
Experience:
- 8–10 years of progressive experience in industrial marketing, agribusiness marketing, animal health, feed manufacturing, livestock production, FMCG B2B, or agricultural value chain marketing.
- Demonstrated experience developing marketing strategies for industrial or technical products.
- Experience working with distributors, commercial farms, and institutional customers.
- Experience launching technical products into the market.
- Strong understanding of Nigeria's livestock and poultry industry.
