    Internal Control Audit / Compliance Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Managing the training, organization, scheduling, and task assignment for auditing staff.
    • Developing compliance auditing plans based on thorough research on studies conducted by government agencies and professional organizations.
    • Conducting, managing, and overseeing external and internal audits.
    • Reviewing all relevant programs and activities affected by industry regulations, including records, reports, and software.
    • Recommending and implementing changes to address procedures and practices that are not compliant with industry regulations.
    • Analyzing potential risks within the company and its practices to avoid possible compliance issues.
    • Tracking reported company violations and the responses and plans regarding these allegations.
    • Analyzing existing compliance records and making all necessary updates.
    • Compiling reports on the results of external and internal audits and presenting these reports to the relevant supervisors and department heads.
    • Attending educational and professional development programs to improve your job knowledge and enhance the compliance department's reputation.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in the relevant industry.
    • Completion of relevant industry-specific certification, such as a certified internal auditor.
    • A minimum of 5 years of auditing experience.
    • An in-depth understanding of the industry's rules, guidelines, and regulations.
    • Strong attention to detail, and analytical, and statistical skills.
    • Good computer skills and experience with relevant software programs.
    • Strong communication and multitasking skills.
    • Dedication to objectivity.

    Enterprise Sales Coordinator

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute an enterprise sales strategy that meets or exceeds revenue targets
    • Create and manage a high-performing team of account executives, responsible for achieving individual and team quotas
    • Train and coach account executives on effective selling techniques, product knowledge, and industry trends
    • Prospect for new business opportunities by building relationships with decision-makers at target accounts
    • Understand the needs of each account and match those needs with our company’s solutions
    • Negotiate and close complex deals at the C-level
    • Manage the entire sales cycle from start to finish, including but not limited to: prospecting, discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closing
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for all enterprise accounts
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing world-class customer service
    • collaborate with other departments within the company (e.g., marketing, product, engineering) to ensure alignment and success
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
    • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports detailing pipeline progress and forecasted revenue

    Preferred Skills and Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field
    • MBA or another advanced degree
    • Experience selling enterprise software solutions
    • Knowledge of CRM software, such as Salesforce
    • Familiarity with market analysis and research tools, such as Forrester or Gartner

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of sales experience, with at least 5 in a management role
    • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
    • Experience managing a team of sales professionals
    • Strong understanding of the enterprise sales process
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
    • Ability to travel as needed.

    Sales Coordinator

    Responsibilities

    • Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information
    • Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
    • Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
    • Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
    • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
    • Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
    • Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
    • Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
    • Ensure adherence to laws and policies.

    Requirements and Skills

    • B.Sc / BA in Business Administration or relevant field; certification in sales or marketing will be an asset
    • 2 - 4 years work experience.
    • Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus;
    • Good computer skills (MS Office)
    • Proficiency in English
    • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • A team player with a high level of dedication.
