    Internal Auditor

    Location: Yaba, Lagos

    Description

    • The Internal Auditor would contribute to the organization’s success by bringing a systematic and disciplined approach to the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes.

    Responsibilities

    • Design and implementation of audit program
    • Evaluate suitability, efficiency, cost-effectiveness of internal financial control, processes and procedures

    Educational Qualification

    • The Procurement Lead is responsible for administering and coordinating procurement activities companywide.

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee the selection of appropriate suppliers and contractors, to promote good procurement practice with due regard to sustainability, ethical purchasing standards and costing companywide
    • Monitor, evaluate and improve supplier/vendor performance, according to an appropriate Service Level Agreement or contract, on a continuous basis to ensure on-going feasibility companywide
    • Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness companywide
    • Develop and implement strategies for procuring and storing that are inventive and cost-effective, while distributing goods or services and maintaining stock levels companywide
    • Coordinate, review, compare, analyze, and approve products and services to be purchased companywide

    Job Description

    • The Jnr. Fleet & Logistics officer is responsible for assisting in administering Fleet & Logistics management activities.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist the unit to ensure that the administrative documents for all vehicles are available, filed and monitored.
    • Ensure follow up with payments and approvals needed for carrying out repairs, maintenances and sundries.
    • Assist the Senior Fleet and Logistics officer to circulate the scheduled information of vehicle movements plan to drivers and company executives.
    • Collation of reports (daily mileage log, incident report, fuel purchase & preventive maintenance reports) and document to appropriate quarters.
    • Coordinate daily pre-inspection trips with drivers and submit reports to senior fleet officer.
    • Assist senior logistics officer with regional coordination of products deliveries
    • Re-sensitization of safety guidelines and standard to drivers periodically.

    Supply Chain Officer (Upstream)

    Job Description

    • As we increase our processing capacity as well as our global distribution, we seek an experienced Supply Chain Officer (Upstream) to ensure our raw materials sourcing, aggregation and logistics operations function properly.
    • The Supply Chain Officer is responsible for the mapping and sourcing of raw materials, aggregation and onboarding of raw materials’ suppliers (farmers and traders), evaluation of suppliers, monitoring and collation of field data from field agents to create purchase and logistics plans from farm to factory.
    • The ideal candidate will also be responsible for supervising the company’s field/extension agents across board, analyzing of field data to generate reports for business decisions, recording & reporting on performance of service providers, purchase & transporting of goods, materials and services within the supply chain process.

    Responsibilities

    • Liaise with all internal stakeholders to forecast and budget raw material volumes and specifications
    • Research and map out various locations for raw materials offtake
    • Negotiate and onboard raw materials suppliers
    • Monitor suppliers and evaluate performance
    • Supervise field agents across all value chains
    • Collate field data and analyze to generate reports for management decision
    • Negotiate purchase price and payment terms with service providers
    • Generate purchase orders for suppliers and accurately collate invoices to process payments
    • Plan aggregation and logistics process to offtake raw materials from farm to factory
    • Liaise with internal procurement/factory team to align with raw material ordering cycle
    • Track all orders, purchases and delivery logistics
    • Oversight of all purchase and service contracts to ensure the company’s interests are protected

    • The Facility Lead is responsible for administering and coordinating facility management activities company wide.

    Responsibilities

    • Ensure that all facilities are fully operational with all utilities functioning properly and proper security measures in place companywide
    • Submit report analysis of facility repairs, maintenance, incidents, downtime, power, Facility and Administrative OPEX
