Job Description

The following are some of the responsibilities of the Resident Auditor;

• Conduct daily stock audit and issuing variance report for the two brands.
• Regular (Sales) cash , Card spot checks.
• Regular petty cash spot checks including all expenses such as (Transportation , Maintenance expenses and any other ops related expenses)
• Store supply verification from commissary and any other direct supplies.
• Sales deposit (Cash and Card verification)
• Flexible schedule to audit the CSR’s during different day parts ( morning , Afternoon , evening and closing)
• Short-Banking validation and monitor items relating to LSM, free samples, proms, BOGOF, etc.
• Review and validation of Stock Variance Report of the Store
• Review all inter-stores transfers to ensure that all proper approvals and documentations are raised. etc.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in business related course (Accounting, Audit, Finance, Statistics or Economics)
• 2 years experience in an Audit function; QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) experience would be an added advantage.
• ACA certification is an added advantage
• High Integrity, utmost confidentiality level
• Good analytical skill etc

Job Description

Key aims and objectives

• To avoid break down in operation due to equipment and machines
• Carry out preventive and corrective repairs
• Ensure standards and procedures are followed.

Prime responsibilities and duties

• Carry out daily repair, maintenance and diagnosing of heavy-duty trucks in a repair workshop,
• Going on highway break down and carrying out other special assignment as technically related.

Qualifications

Experience / Education Required:

• SSCE/OND/ HND or Trade Test Certificate is a Must
• 4 years and above experience as a heavy-duty mechanic skilled in EU trucks (Man T series, Mercedes Actros, Axor & Atego)
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

Skills:

• Hands-on mechanical repair,
• Preventive and corrective diagnosis, truck overhaul/transmission repair, suspension fix, air system repair and fuel injector repair
• Good communication skills

Job Description

• Ensure raw materials and packaging materials in and out warehouse meets the acceptability criteria of the goods.
• Conduct inbound and outbound inspection of raw materials and packaging materials received in the warehouse and maintain records.
• Ensure the implementation of Good storage practice, GMP, sanitation and pest control verification in the warehouse.
• Ensure FIFO/FEFO practice and perform aging analysis of products in the warehouse.
• Ensure Storage areas meets the right temperature based on the benchmarked Food safety sheet (storage specification).
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the warehouse and ensuring that all produce is handled and stored correctly to prevent contamination.
• Liaising with Procurement Team in product development, sample collection and sending to commissaries for approval.
• Follow all relevant operational procedures and instruction in the warehouse.
• Maintain and update all records related to Quality and Food safety management system of the warehouse.
• Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety regulations.
• Write technical reports, review and modify operational documents whenever required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in the same field
• B.sc in related field
• High knowledge of Quality Control and warehouse practices.
• HACCP understanding and practical experience.
• Good storage Practice skill
• Understanding of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 22000:2018 an added advantage.
• Experience in a QSR business is an added advantage
• Great auditing and inspection skill
• High level of verbal and written skill,
• Good communication skill,
• Microsoft office
• Knowledge of NAV or SAP is an advantage
