    Concrete Batching Plant Mechanic

    Job Description

    • The Concrete Batching Plant Mechanic is responsible for the mechanical upkeep, troubleshooting, and repair of all plant machinery used in the production of ready-mix or pre-cast concrete.

    Emergency Response:

    • Act immediately to resolve mechanical jams or failures during a pour to prevent concrete from hardening inside the mixer or delivery trucks.

    Experience:

    • 5 years as a mechanic in a Concrete Batching Plant or a heavy industrial environment (e.g., quarries or cement plants).

    Technical Proficiency:

    • Expert knowledge of heavy-duty gearboxes and drive motors.
