    Inclusive Education Programs Officer

    Requirements

    • A First Degree, preferably in Education, Educational Management or any related field.
    • Minimum of two years relevant work experience providing programme support/implementation with a non-governmental organisation or social enterprise;
    • Demonstrate Understanding of education-related issues and matters, and be able to analyse education-related policies.
    • Professional writing and verbal communication skills for reports, letters, concept notes and proposals writing coupled with session delivery is a priority;
    • Ability to work comfortably with major Microsoft suites and Google products;
    • Demonstrate attention to detail, ability to follow procedures, meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision while collaborating with the team;
    • Disposed to travelling within and outside Ibadan at short notice

    Responsibilities

    • Lead the design and execution of programmes and activities, especially on the Inclusive Education Desk
    • Support field data collection and study to ensure monitoring, evaluation and reporting of project activities are done;
    • Support in resource mobilisation through proposal writing, concept note designs and other organisational fundraising activities;
    • Support and develop technical and programmatic reports, policy briefs, fact sheets, concept notes, proposals and other contributions for publication or submissions;
    • Support knowledge management, capacity building, and content production for external use in the form of IEC/BCC materials;
    • Support other programmatic desks as required within the organisation.

    Projects Officer

    Job Summary

    • The successful candidate will participate in programme strategy design, development and execution in relation to all thematic focuses of the organisation, ensure that projects and programmes of the organisation are done in accordance with the established work plan, timeline, content, and expected results and ensure deliverables are met before deadlines on every project.
    • The ideal candidate requires some basic experience around non-profit programming.
    • Candidates with First, higher Degrees or field experience in Public Health, Social Sciences, Humanities, or Agricultural Extension with project management and leadership experience are encouraged to apply.
    • The ability to use a computer with ease and use the internet properly are a major consideration for this role.
    • It is important that the candidate is a self-starter and requires minimal supervision

    Responsibilities

    • Effectively support the management of the organisation’s projects in Ekiti State.
    • Organise and monitor the organisation’s projects and activities in the state and ensure deliverables and targets are met.
    • Liaison between the organisation, project beneficiaries, government representatives and community stakeholders.
    • Undertake periodic visits to the project sites within the state.
    • Support and advise on effective ways of engaging government parastatals and project beneficiaries within the state.
    • Send in timely reports and other required documentation.
    • Lead presentations and activities around educational policies and reproductive health and rights with project beneficiaries, including for the organisation’s projects.
    • Responsible for supervising projects in progress and ensuring that all issues related to the projects are clarified and completed to avoid confusion and interruption during the execution of projects.
    • Evaluate the nature and condition of projects and make useful suggestions on the best practices and strategies to apply in project execution.
    • Carry out basic project monitoring activities.

    Requirements

    • Qualification: HND / Bachelor's Degree in relevant disciplines.
    • Experience: 3 - 5 years.

    Sexual Reproductive Health & Rights Programs Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Lead the design and execution of programmes and activities, especially on the SRHR desk of the organisation, as agreed upon by the management team;
    • Ensure SRHR projects and programmes of the organisation are done following the established work plan, timeline, content, and expected results;
    • Support field data collection and study, monitoring, evaluation and reporting of project activities;
    • Support in resource mobilisation through proposal writing, concept note designs and other organisational fundraising activities;
    • Support and develop technical and programmatic reports, policy briefs, fact sheets, concept notes, proposals and other contributions for publication or submissions;
    • Support knowledge management, capacity building, and content production for external use in the form of IEC/BCC materials;
    • Supervise human resources and direct activities under the SRHR Desk;
    • Support demand generation activities for specific sexual and reproductive health and rights services among adolescents and young people in Nigeria.
    • Support other programmatic desks as required within the organisation.

    Requirements

    • A First Degree, preferably in Health or Social Sciences. A master's degree in a relevant field is an edge.
    • Minimum of two years relevant work experience providing programme support/implementation on sexual and reproductive health-related programmes with a non-governmental organisation or social enterprise;
    • Demonstrable technical understanding of Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights issues at the national, regional and international stage;
    • Professional writing and verbal communication skills for reports, letters, concept notes and proposals writing coupled with session delivery is a priority;
    • Ability to work comfortably with major Microsoft suites and Google products;
    • Demonstrate attention to detail, ability to follow procedures, meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision while collaborating with the team;
    • Fluency in the Yoruba language is a MUST for this role because of the local context of assignments
    • Disposed to travelling within and outside Ibadan at short notice
    • The preferred candidate for this role is a female, not more than 30 years.

    Account Assistant

    Responsibilities

    • Assist in the day-to-day running of the organization; liaise with vendors, see to staff welfare and benefits, assist with organizing events and carrying out activities
