    In-House Counsel

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for a motivated and detail oriented Junior In-House Counsel to support our legal and compliance operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate with 2 - 3 years experience to gain in-house legal experience in a food manufacturing industry.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing contracts and internal policies
    • Support the legal team in ensuring compliance with Nigerian corporate, labor, and manufacturing laws.
    • Prepare and review SOP’s as required
    • Conduct legal research and prepare memos, opinions, and reports on relevant legal issues.
    • Support the management of legal documents, filings, and case files.
    • Help coordinate responses to audits, compliance checks, or litigation matters.
    • Attend internal meetings and provide basic legal advice to departments as required.

    Qualifications / Experience

    • LL.B. and B.L.from a recognized Nigerian university and the Nigerian Law School.
    • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a commercial lawyer.
    • 1–2 years post-call experiencein a law firm or in-house legal department.
    • Solid understanding of Nigerian corporate and labor laws.
    • Good written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Strong sense of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    Account Lead

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Account Lead to join our dynamic team.
    • The Account Leadwill oversee the company’s financial reporting, budgeting, and internal control processes.
    • This role is critical in supporting strategic decision-making through accurate financial management and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
