    Import / Export Documentation Officer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise and manage the import documentation team
    • Ensure compliance with Nigerian Customs and regulatory policies
    • Review and approve Form M, PAAR, SONCAP, and related documents
    • Develop and improve documentation processes and internal controls
    • Liaise with regulatory bodies, banks, and government agencies
    • Provide reports to senior management on import activities
    • Train and mentor junior staff.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Shipping, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
    • 5+ years experience in import documentation, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
    • Strong leadership and decision-making skills
    • In-depth knowledge of Nigerian import regulations
    • High attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

    Salary & Benefits

    • Salary N600,000 - N850,000 Monthly

    Documentation Officer Graduate Trainee

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prepare and process Form M, PAAR, SONCAP, NAFDAC, and other regulatory documentation.
    • Liaise with shipping lines, clearing agents, and regulatory authorities.
    • Track shipments and monitor cargo arrival timelines.
    • Ensure proper documentation for customs clearance.
    • Maintain accurate records of all import transactions.
    • Resolve documentation discrepancies promptly.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree or HND qualification in Shipping, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields
    • 2 - 4 years experience in import documentation.
    • Strong knowledge of Nigerian Customs procedures.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
