    ICT Supervisor

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a proactive and experienced ICT Supervisor to oversee the Company's IT infrastructure, ensure system availability and security, provide technical support, and drive technology initiatives in a fast-paced fintech environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise daily ICT operations and provide technical support.
    • Manage and maintain the Company's IT infrastructure, networks, servers, and cloud services.
    • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
    • Implement cybersecurity measures and ensure data protection.
    • Manage user accounts, system access, backups, and disaster recovery.
    • Support software deployments, system integrations, and IT projects.
    • Liaise with external vendors and ensure compliance with IT policies and industry standards.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 4 years' relevant ICT experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
    • Experience in a fintech, banking, or financial services environment is an added advantage.
    • Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux administration, networking, Microsoft 365, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity.
    • Basic coding experience in any languages such as Python, PHP, JavaScript, Java, or C#, with the ability to support application troubleshooting, APIs, and system integrations.
    • Professional certifications will be an added advantage.

    Marketing & Partnership Manager

    Job Description

    • We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Marketing & Partnership Manager to lead the Company's marketing initiatives, drive customer acquisition, strengthen brand visibility, and build strategic partnerships that support business growth within the fintech ecosystem.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
    • Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with businesses, financial institutions, and other key stakeholders.
    • Plan and oversee digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform business decisions.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and launch new products and campaigns.
    • Manage marketing budgets and evaluate campaign performance using key metrics.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and represent the Company at industry events.

    Requirements

    • Proven ability to negotiate, close partnership deals, and drive business growth.
    • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Professional certifications will be an added advantage.
