    ICT Manager

    Job Responsibilities

    • Contribute to the development of the company’s strategic and business plans, particularly in relation to information technology and communications systems, in support of the company’s mission and core objectives.
    • Develop and introduce processes, procedures and systems, to ensure the cyber security and confidentiality of all company data and to provide protection against internal and external threats.
    • Ensuring critical systems and applications are backed up and documented as set out in the Backup and Recovery Procedure document.
    • Oversee the management of all data and information flows within the company to ensure that comprehensive and accurate management information is available as required.
    • Provide a company-wide source of expertise on information technology and communications to ensure that managers and staff have the best possible information for effective decision-making and accessing data.
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive and effective help desk service to provide technical support to systems users.
    • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of all developments relevant to information technology and cyber security and upgrade internal systems as necessary.
    • Ensuring proper and timely planning, specification, procurement and implementation of hardware and software.
    • Domain Server management, DNS and DHCP configurations.
    • Inspect and monitor the use of ICT Technologies and regularly report on effectiveness and efficiency.
    • Undertake periodic review of the ICT system projects and procedures for improvement.
    • Maintain an active awareness and knowledge of new computing service developments
    • Negotiate service level agreements with IT vendors and service providers and monitor service delivery to ensure that agreed targets and standards are met.
    • Direct and control your team to ensure that they are well motivated and receive all necessary training and development to enable them to carry out their responsibilities to the required standards.

    Qualifications & Skills/Competence Requirements

    • Bachelor of IT/Computer Science or Management Information Systems degree.
    • Minimum of three (3) years progressive experience in a similar position.
    • Industry standard certification in Networking, Operating System Management, Project Management, Security and Digital Transformation technologies.
    • Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation.
    • Experience working on ERP solutions Microsoft Dynamics, SAP B1, etc
    • Excellent analytical and report-writing skills with a grasp of contemporary developments in ICT.
    • Excellent organizational, leadership, management, resource mobilization and decision making skills.
    • Creative and innovative team player.

    • Requirement

    • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
    • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Preferably Manager specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
    • Proficient in HR Information System Justlogin knowledge is an added advantage
    • Good working knowledge with relevant statutory guidelines
    • Excellent Microsoft Applications
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively and cope with stress
    • Possess good analytical and problem-solving skills, detailed oriented, accuracy
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Able to work in a fast pace environment
