    Human Resources Manager

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for a strategic and compassionate HR Manager to lead the Human Resources department in our hospital. 
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, labor law compliance, training, and staff welfare, with a focus on supporting clinical and non-clinical teams in delivering excellent patient care.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies aligned with hospital goals and healthcare regulations.
    • Lead recruitment and onboarding of qualified medical, technical, and administrative staff.
    • Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution with empathy and professionalism.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws, healthcare regulations, and accreditation standards (e.g., JCI, NHIA).
    • Oversee payroll, employee benefits, leave administration, and HRIS database management.
    • Coordinate training, continuous medical education , and professional development programs.
    • Implement performance management systems and conduct periodic performance appraisals.
    • Promote employee engagement and staff well-being initiatives to maintain a healthy work environment.
    • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and workforce planning.
    • Maintain proper documentation for audits, regulatory inspections, and accreditation purposes.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certifications such as CIPM, SHRM, or CIPD is an added advantage).
    • Minimum of 4 years of HR experience, preferably in the healthcare or hospital sector.
    • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and healthcare compliance standards.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Strong organizational and decision-making abilities.
    • Ability to handle sensitive issues with confidentiality and discretion.

    Preferred Attributes:

    • Experience working in a hospital or healthcare organization.
    • Familiarity with hospital licensing and accreditation processes.
    • Strong crisis management and problem-solving skills.

    Full Stack Engineer

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a skilled Fullstack Engineer to join our team and contribute to the continuous development, maintenance, and enhancement of Instollar’s web application platform. 
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible not only for software development but also for platform maintenance, user training, feature upgrades, and IT support related to Instollar’s activities.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop, maintain, and enhance the Instollar Web Application Platform to ensure optimal performance, security, and scalability.
    • Design and implement new features and upgrades based on user feedback and business needs.
    • Perform routine platform maintenance, including debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving system issues.
    • Conduct training sessions for Instollar users to improve adoption and usability of the platform.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and improve system efficiency.
    • Provide IT support and troubleshooting assistance for Instollar’s digital and operational activities.
    • Ensure the platform aligns with industry best practices, security compliance, and technological advancements.
    • Work closely with the product and business teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional technical solutions.
    • Maintain documentation related to system architecture, codebase, and technical support procedures.

    Required Qualifications & Skills

    •  Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree
    • 3 - 5 years of experience as a Fullstack Engineer or similar role.
    • Strong frontend development skills with proficiency in React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
    • Strong backend development skills using Python, Node.js, Express.js, or Nest.js.
    • Proficiency in working with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
    • Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party API integrations.
    • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
    • Experience in CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and DevOps practices.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
    • Experience in training and user support is a plus.
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical users.Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience in energy tech or SaaS platforms.
    • Familiarity with IT support frameworks and best practices.
