What You'll Do

• Drive HR strategy, policy, and full employee lifecycle management
• Lead  recruitment, performance management, and staff development
• Oversee payroll, benefits, and statutory/regulatory compliance (PENCOM, ITF, NDPR)
• Champion employee engagement and workplace culture.
• Advise leadership with data-driven HR insights.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Admin, or related fields
• 5–6 years' HR experience (healthcare sector preferred)
• Professional HR certification (ACIPM required)
• Strong grasp of labour law, payroll, and HRIS tools.
• Great communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• MBBS or equivalent medical qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years of post-specialisation experience.
• FMCOG, FWACS, or equivalent recognised specialist qualification.
• Valid registration and practising licence with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN).
• Strong clinical, diagnostic, surgical, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong commitment to patient-centred care and clinical excellence.
