    Human Resource Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute a group-wide HR strategy aligned with business objectives and long-term growth plans
    • Oversee talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, and leadership development across all entities
    • Design and manage compensation, rewards, and employee engagement frameworks to attract and retain top talent
    • Ensure compliance with labour laws, HR policies, and governance standards while promoting a strong organizational culture
    • Serve as a strategic counsel to the executive team on all people-related matters, linking HR initiatives to business performance and financial outcomes.
    • Analyze HR metrics and workforce analytics to provide data-driven insights for strategic decision-making

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology or any other similar field.
    • 10–15 years’ progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role
    • Strong knowledge of HR operations and labour laws
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

    Production Officer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Execute daily production plans in line with approved schedules and output targets.
    • Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
    • Ensure correct use of raw materials and packaging materials to minimize waste.
    • Record production output, downtime, and variances accurately.
    • Ensure compliance with products safety, GMP, and hygiene standards on the production floor.
    • Supervise production operators and casual staff during production time.
    • Allocate tasks, monitor attendance, and enforce discipline on the production floor.
    • Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
    • Complete daily production reports, shift handover notes, and material usage records.
    • Maintain accurate production documentation for audit and traceability purposes.
    • Enforce health and safety rules and ensure proper use of PPE.
    • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production environment at all times.

    Requirements

    • HND/BSc in Industrial Chemist or a related discipline.
    • 2–3 years’ experience in a production or manufacturing role, preferably in FMCG.
    • Experience working on factory production lines is an added advantage.

    Skills and Knowledge:

    • Good understanding of production processes and factory operations.
    • Basic knowledge of GMP and hygiene standards.
    • Strong attention to detail and process discipline.
    • Ability to supervise and coordinate shop-floor staff.
    • Good communication and reporting skills.
    • Willingness to work in a factory environment.
