    Human Resource Manager

    Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

    Job Summary

    • We are recruiting for a Human Resource Manager role at Denna Rossi Limited at the head office in Port-Harcourt.
    • You will be responsible for the development and the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives as aligned with the overall business strategy.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide the right mix of human resource support services in line with the company’s policies. Review and implement HR systems, policies & procedures in functional areas such as manpower planning, recruitment, performance management, training and development, employee relations, compensation, and benefits administration in the company.
    • Assess the company’s Human Resource needs and develop an approved plan of action to address the needs within the broad direction provided by the company.
    • Ensure that all company HR and welfare policies, systems, programs, and actions comply with local social and labor legislation as well as comply with the company’s code of conduct. Maintain industrial peace and harmony in the company by ensuring unhindered, regular, open, formal, and informal communication between employees and management respectively. Ensure the recruitment, selection, and induction of employees into positions through a cost-effective, fair, and non-discriminatory recruitment and selection process.
    • Devise plans and techniques to drive change and culture management
    • Review and advise management on staffing plans as part of the annual operating planning process to ensure alignment with performance goals, expansion plans, transformation requirements, and other needs
    • Implement and manage the performance evaluation system to ensure all employees receive a timely evaluation
    • Manage and maintain the personnel database system (HRIS) including the input of changes in position, salary, and training.
    • Ensure proper orientation training is provided to all new staff members to maximize efficient integration.
    • Take charge of the implementation of HR processes such as performance management, leave, and disciplinary procedures as directed by Senior Management in order to attain high standards in performance, completeness, accuracy, and punctuality.
    • Nurture a positive working environment; maintain a positive relationship with staff and ensure all employee grievances are monitored and resolved.
    • Provide internal HR learning and talent development services to the company.
    • Identify training needs, recommend and implement approved training
    • Conduct organization reviews to ensure optimal staffing levels in the organization as per the business goals

    Requirements and Experience

    • Proven working experience as HR manager or other HR Executive position preferably in a manufacturing industry
    • Bachelor's Degree in Social Science or any related discipline.
    • CIPM and other HR certification is an added advantage.

    Ideal candidate:

    • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
    • Well versed in HR and Payroll Management Systems (HRIS systems)
    • Excellent people management skills and able to relate to all levels of the organization
    • Strong communication, active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.

    Salary
    N150,000 - N200,000 / month.

    Quality Assurance Manager (FMCG)

    Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for a reliable Quality Assurance Manager to oversee and coordinate product testing and inspection process for beverage products, and to ensure optimal quality of final products is achieved and pre-determined standards of production are maintained
    • You will be responsible for inspecting procedures and outputs and identifying mistakes or non-conformity issues.

    Responsibilities

    • Prepare and drive the implementation of the annual Quality Control Plan for the plant.
    • Ensure that production quality control processes are implemented in line with agreed upon procedures and guidelines.
    • Supervise laboratory operations to ensure precision in the sample testing process for raw materials, intermediate products, final products, juice, water, etc. and appropriate calibration of equipment’s.
    • Ensure all set product quality targets are met and deviations from target quality standards are promptly identified and rectified.
    • Supervise lab scientists including microbiologists and physiochemical analysts
    • Liaise with process control operatives with regards to the quality control parameters for semi-finished goods

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with 3-5 years cognate experience in the food and beverage industry
    • The ability to make considered decisions and to communicate them effectively
    • Excellent technical skills
    • Good numerical skills and an understanding of statistics
    • Leadership ability
    • Planning and organization skills.

    Salary
    N100,00 - N150,000 / month.

    Industrial Electrician

    Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

    Job Summary

    • We have a vacancy for industrial electrician who will ensure the continued functioning of electrical equipments on proper installation, maintenance, and repair and demonstrate successful completion of assigned tasks with minimized equipment downtime.

    Responsibilities

    • Perform routine diagnostic checks on automated systems for monitoring and problem isolation
    • Install, repair, and maintain electrical components of industrial equipment.
    • Observe safety procedures and meet electrical codes.
    • Make decisions based on technical documents.
    • Perform quality testing and inspections.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess an FSLC with 3 - 6 years experience.
    • Having an authomation background is a plus.

    • Awareness of national, state, and local electrical codes and regulations.
    • Strong verbal written communication skills.

    Bottle Blowing Machine Technician

    Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

    Job Description

    • If you are an experienced Technician for Bottle blowing machine, we need your service.
    • Your role requires utmost level of expertise in Machine, blow molding, maintenance and repairs and periodic evaluation.

    Responsibilities

    • Monitors machine performance and quickly detect, identify faults and implement first-level troubleshooting for corrective measures.
    • Trouble shooting of all Hydraulic & Pneumatic related issues.
    • Inspect all machinery for defects and potential problems in accordance with the preventative maintenance program, repairing and replacing parts as required.
    • Order appropriate replacement parts and fluids through the respective department Heads.
    • Fabricate equipment components using welders, milling machines, lathes, and other machine tools as required.
    • Troubleshoot and repair all electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems in the molding department if required.
    • Assist in tooling and mode changes as required by the production schedule.
    • Execute lock out / tag out procedures as required on all molding departmental equipment’s and facilities.
    • Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during operation and perform scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
    • Fill reports for OEE and SPC control of the machines.
    • Perform TPM (preventive maintenance of equipment’s), according defined plans.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 3 years cognate experience as a Bottle Blowing Machine technician
    • Good communication skill
    • Ability to negotiate properly
    • Understanding the market value for replaceable parts.
    • Good team player and paying attention to details.

    Salary
    N120,000 - N150,000 monthly.
