    HRIS Executive

    Job Summary: 

    • You will play a crucial role in overseeing the configuration and operation of our Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
    • This position will be responsible for ensuring the seamless integration of HRIS processes and leveraging technical expertise to drive organizational efficiency.
    • Responsible for designing and developing architecture that allows multiple systems and applications to ensure seamless communication and data exchange.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Participate in all HRIS assigned activities, including process definition and design, documentation, configuration, application testing, as well as some project management and internal communication activities as needed.
    • Manage system integrations with ERP and 3rd party solutions, with focus on Total Rewards, Performance Management, and Talent & Development applications.
    • Produce high quality documentation, including business requirements, procedural documentation, operational and process flow documents, and test scripts.
    • Perform as the systems administrator for SuccessFactors and other HR Technology related projects, using system knowledge and expertise to understand business processes, gaps and opportunities to convert that knowledge into effective and efficient business solutions.
    • Liaison between technical and non-technical teams to ensure the development of solutions.
    • Collaborate with Business Partners on Design, Build and Implementation of innovative solutions and processes.
    • A basic understanding of roles and responsibilities within the People Strategy and Solutions team and the business partners that we support.
    • A working knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and Human Resources Information Systems (SuccessFactors Employee central or others) and the ability to collaborate with others and make recommendations regarding system best practices to assure technology solutions support the Human Resources delivery model.
    • You will participate in the planning, coordination, and solution development and implementation activities related to the integration of applications and technologies within the organization’s application integration environment.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, MIS, or related field.
    • Proven experience in HRIS application configuration and administration.
    • Proficient in SQL queries and database management.
    • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse complex HRIS issues and implement effective solutions.
    • Demonstrated leadership experience, including team management and development.
    • 4+ years of experience supporting and/or configuring systems or SaaS applications.
    • Demonstrated proficiency in system conversions, implementations, integrations with ERP and 3rd party solutions.
    • Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and capturing milestones and mitigating any potential barriers to success.

    • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and plans, and monitor and evaluate the sales performance and results.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
    • At least 5 years proven track record in B2G sales, business development, or partnership management, ideally within the Nigeria tech ecosystem.
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Strong network of contacts and connections in the local and international talent/recruitment market
    • Results-oriented, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset
    • Adaptability to a dynamic and rapidly changing industry landscape.
